If you have never been to an agritourism guesthouse - a family business like the one run by the Sereni family, you should do it as soon as possible. It is absolutely an oasis of fresh air, peace, friendly and welcoming staff. We received a large apartment, with a sleeping area for children and its own TV, another level of ecotourism. I couldn't help but notice the expensive ceramics in the bathroom and the fittings, the spacious shower and the cosmetics provided. Free parking and car charging with a station for Tesla. You should also try the tour with a guide who speaks perfect English at Acetaia - the factory that produces Aceto balsamic di Modena IGP. Tasting is on the house. The restaurant is divine, with a terrace and sophisticated dishes. The view of the sunset and the valley with grape vineyards is like something out of a fairy tale.

The restaurant menu could be more diverse, especially for children.

We loved everything about Acetaia Sereni! The property is beautiful and well cared for. Everyone that worked there was amazing. So kind and attentive to all our needs. We did the balsamic vinegar tour and learned so much. We are excited to try all the vinegars we sent home. The food at the restaurant was some of the best we had in all of Italy. We would love to come back and stay again! Thank you Sereni family for a wonderful experience!

The view is fantastic, the room is modern and clean, and the owners are lovely! The breakfast spread is fantastic with fresh orange juice machine. Definitely book in for the vinegar factory tour and try the dinner at their onsite restaurant. The staff is friendly and food is fantastic, with local ingredients and plenty of wine option from the region (which the owner's son very knowledgeable and recommend us many option to go with our dinner). Bonus point for EV charging station on site. Can't wait to return.

A beautiful and relaxing property. Very quiet as in the middle of nowhere. The views of the surrounding countryside were wonderful.

The restaurant at the property was not open Sunday night (which was the night we stayed). However we were advised of this after the booking was made and were given suggestions for dining in the area. So not a negative and didn't detract from our stay.

Excellent room - fantastic location with stunning view

We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with our ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AT THE Agriturismo ACETAIA SERENI !!!! The family owners, the attentive staff and the beyond fabulous room , restaurant and grounds!! There was NOTHING ABOUT OUR FABULOUS STAY that we didn’t enjoy!!!

The family that owns the property are top notch. The staff is awesome too. The food is amazing, great location, super friendly, very clean. Our car broke down in the pouring rain and the owner’s son helped me get my car back running. He came and picked us up and helped restart my car in the rain and got soaked with me. Class act. Would highly recommend.

The hospitality was top notch. From the spacious, comfortable room to the phenomenal restaurant. We enjoyed the attention to detail and the staff was so friendly. We took a private tour of the balsamic factory followed by a balsamic and chocolate tasting. Ourfamily enjoyed it very much; a highlight of our trip to Italy.

Nice property, big rooms, decorated with taste, very comfortable beds, helpful staff, nice pool..

Restaurant closed during most days with no options for food or drinks, while the property is remote (no restaurants/ shops at a waltking distance). It's such a pity - acces to drinks and snacks (sandwiches, salad bar...) would really make a big difference for those who want to spend the day by the pool.

We had booked for dinner which was excellent - but shown the worst two tables. It seems people not staying get a nice place to sit with a view and guests of the restaurant get preference. We were not happy with that- waitress most unhelpful when asked if we could not sit 'at the back of the restaurant area away from the view - literally the worst place to sit Everything else was very excellent but did not give the impression of restaurant prioritising guests staying. Great to be able to purchase Balsalmic and they kindly gave us a bottle of Lambrusco which was really thoughtful
