The spacious apartment comes with a living room and a full kitchen. Very clean. Cheerful and responsive staff.

Secluded location in a residential neighborhood up on a hill and a very limited list of breakfast options for room service. Getting to the hotel required uphill hike and it’s away from all the main tourist attractions. The hotel was very quiet and we didn’t see even one fellow traveler. One almost felt like a recluse on retreat. For breakfast, we got croissants, rusks, cookies, jam and butter, coffees, milks, water and juices on a tray delivered at the specified time. We were rather surprised by such unusual practice at a four-star hotel.

Very friendly on arrival. Room was good and comfortable and kitchen facilities were good. Beds comfortable. Air con good. Breakfast delivered to the room exactly as ordered and on time. Good coffee. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Despite kitchen, no means of washing up.

We are very grateful for our stay at this apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioning was perfect and relaxing, and the balcony had an amazing view of the city. Its convenient proximity to the city centre was an added bonus. This experience exceeded my expectations.

Very nice, large and clean room with key entrance to both the outside door and inside. Reception is open from 7.30am until around 9pm The rain shower has good water pressure and the bathroom is very hygienic. Balcony is nice and private and airconditioning works great without being too loud. Breakfast in the room is also a nice feature which felt like a bit of a luxury. There's also a pool table and coffee machine and drink dispenser (paid) on the second floor, and a public terrace.

Location wasn't as great as we thought, as it's quite a climb to get back to the room after visiting the center, so travel by car if you have trouble with stairs and hills. There's only a sheer curtain, and although the room is not easy to see into, there are some rooftop terraces that may be able to with some effort. It also means the room got very light in the morning and we had clear flashes from a thunder storm in our bed. Bed is also very hard and pillows very flat, although I believe that's a thing throughout Sicily because we haven't had any fluffy pillows so far (in 4 different hotels).

The art theme of the hotel was a welcomed novelty, and for the price, was great. We liked the art chosen, and it made for a fun overnight experience

If you are relying on public transport, not the best location. It's a 20-30 minute walk from the ferry and train station, with a portion of it being uphill, which was miserable in the September heat.

The location should be on the quieter side of the city, that probably needs a taxi to arrive there. Hotel can help arrange the taxi (the fare to train station should be around 15 euros with some pieces of luggages). There is a nice sitting room on level 2, with a pool table and a piano inside, a balcony outside. Because we arrived on a catholic holiday, we ended up spending most of the day in the sitting room. There are many art pieces in the hotel, which is quite aesthetic. The room has a proper kitchen with cooking amenities and bowls available, but we didn't cook haha.

It was a bit far to get food, but probably because many (almost all) restaurants were closed because of the catholic holiday. Because of the holiday, there was a big parade going on at night, so many cars racing in the street next to the hotel, so it was a bit loud, but it died down fast enough for us to fall asleep.

The room was really tidy and the equipment was totally amazing. I like the rest room on the second floor with the balcony. Amazing.

It's 20 minutes walking to the central part but it's not much.

The distance from town is a bit far and up a hill - but depends on the walk. Take the longer path and its easier.

Comfortable room with balcony and kitchenette. Check in easy. Art everywhere was a nice touch. I was in the Matrix themed room!
