Claudia the host of the property was amazing despite the language barrier. She was extremely sweet and made my stay in Naples much more comfortable. I highly recommend this property if you want somewhere comfortable, secure and reasonably priced. It’s close to a supermarket, botanical garden and a couple restaurants. Also, a good walk to Napoli Centrale. Also, highly recommend that you book directly on their website for a better discount hehe. She accepted credit card on my arrival which was super helpful.

The area outside at night is a bit sketchy but otherwise I have no complaints about the property itself.

Not only the room is very clean and located close to everything airport and shopping centres ( we walked everywhere and it was 30 mins away from the Naples port where all the shops are) but that’s not the best thing about this property, Claudia the owner and her husband are absolutely amazing hosts. We arrived very late to our room given our late flight she had her husband drive us to the most famous dinner spot around town because we were hungry and could seem to find the place on our own. She also linked me up with a friend of hers who helped me find my way from Naples to amalfi. She went above and beyond and made our experience nothing short of a perfect stay.

Nothing I don’t like

The building is a traditional Naples apartment house with a huge courtyard. The accommodation is super clean, modern and bright. The air conditioning etc. all worked well and the room was airy and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. But the best thing about this place is the host. She is friendly and warm and seems to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay and have a fun time in Naples. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her and we enjoyed our conversations. It felt more like being with a friend, than a host. It is great value for money.

It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The area was quiet at night so I slept very well. The landlady was very kind, friendly and helpful. There were shops close by if you needed anything plus cafes.

Nothing. It’s about 20 minutes walking distance from the station. I didn’t mind the walk but it might not suit everyone.

My stay at Casa Theodor was just perfect! Claudia is such an amazing host and very funny. She gave me helpful advices with things to do around Naples and how to get there. Every morning I got my coffee and snack at my room. The whole flat is very clean and good situated. Thank you so much for the comfy stay at your home!!

the property owners where great, they are kind and generous, they they set up parking for my rental car, they setup a taxi to the airport at 4am. they did my laundry. my room was super clean! they made me feel at home, part of the family. I had a great time in Naples. and they were a big part of it.

Welcoming owner we arrived into Naples with no where to stay and the owner had a room and kindly let us check in very late. The room was clean comfortable and safe
