The location was a short walk to the railway station so access to major tourist spots is easy. The tram and bus stopped outside too if you needed them. The appartement was very comfortable, clean and modern with air conditioning and double glazing so it was quiet at night.

The long staircase was hard to negotiate with a large suitcase.

The host is very kind and willing to help with whatever you need! They guided us and offer support. The room is very clean and a safe place to stay near the airport.

Very clean. 15 minute walk from Napoli centrale.

Runs out of hot water very quickly. You have to take really short showers. It was difficult to wash my hair.

The b&b was lovely, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. The check in process was easy.

The location was a little further out of Naples and didn’t feel as safe as the centre but there were good public transport links straight into the centre

It's advertised as an B&B (bed and breakfast) and it does not has breakfast. Little bummer for us. The only reason we picked that place was the breakfast so we don't have to worry about it with our daughter.

Nice people, arranged taxi for me for next day, helped whenever needed

Strong flowery smell, possibly the detergent they use for bedsheets. They were clean but overly performed. Overwhelming! The property was also outside historic center, very sketchy and mostly accessible via tram to avoid a long walk late at night through rough town.
