Brilliant! A lovely split room shared between 4 of us - beds were comfy and sized well. Amazing air conditioning. Super clean and fresh towels restocked daily. So well located (close to the metro and a bus stop right outside, also so close to the sea for taking a dip!). The check in process was seamless too - we arrived at 11pm and had no problems getting in because the instructions were easy to follow. Super friendly staff too.

Almost nothing except that there was a slight drain smell in the upper bathroom - this seems to be the case in a couple places we went though.

Host was extremely communicative and the information on the posting made it easy to find, even with it being a little hidden. She let me check in early which I was so grateful for as I was coming off of 24 hours travel with food poisoning from a plane meal. When I arrived, I could tell the room at just been cleaned as it smelled strongly of chemicals. Nothing opening the window couldn’t fix and I appreciated how clean it was! I felt very safe and the location was easy for taxis and Ubers to find. I only stayed for about 18 hours, but this was perfect for my stopover in Naples!

I do wish that tie construction happening in the courtyard would have been disclosed. I was woken a few times to the sound of a construction worker’s latter slamming into the wall next to my open window lol. But if that was the only issue, I will take it!

I had a great stay! The hotel is really beautiful and comfortable, and in a perfect location right by the waterfront. Because of the small size it feels more like a B&B than a big hotel, and the personal interaction with the staff was great. I got some very helpful and detailed information prior to my stay. It's very easy to get from the hotel to the city center, either by train, bus, or by taking a short walk. The Mergellina train station is especially good, because there are direct trains to the city and to nearby sights such as Caserta and Pompeii (and there's a lovely bakery right in front of the station). Because the hotel is located outside of the main touristic area, there are no crowds outside. There are, however, plenty of local cafés and restaurants right at your doorstep. For me it was the perfect place for my holidays in Naples.

Because the hotel is next to a busy road, there is some noise from traffic outside. There was also some noise from the building next door (ventilation or AC system), though it stopped in the night. The breakfast was nice, but it started a little late (at 8 am). Because I booked some attractions in the morning, it was a little difficult to get the timing right.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay at Micalò Art Rooms! The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. The room offered an extremely beautiful view and was in a great location, perfect for exploring the area. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was a delicious treat each morning; we couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay! Beautiful rooms, well furnished, had a proper strong hairdryer, kettle, teas and mini bar fridge. Very comfortable bed, and it was spotless. Breakfast was perfect - continental style with great fresh coffee. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

It was slightly further along the riviera than I had realised, but it’s close to the new No6 Metro route so that was great. It’s located in a very nice and safe and pretty area.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is spotless, recently remodeled, and very well maintained. Everything feels fresh and modern, with thoughtful details that make it both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t be better – right in the center, close to everything you need: restaurants, shops, and transportation. It made moving around the city very easy and enjoyable

We stayed for three nights.Elegant residential Naples area, alive and well connected in the day time, close to bars, restaurants, pizza as well as transport facilities: bus and new metro, safe area in the night time, close walking by the Sea, few meters pedestrian area, useful lift for reaching the b&b when you arrive with luggage! Definitely I Will come back again.

The property has a unique and very artistic design. In spite of the ancient location and building. When you walk into the property, you feel as if you’re walking into an art gallery. I got the sea view room. Very clean and spacious. The staff are very nice and helpful. They helped us with our three large suitcases at the check in. They booked taxis for us whenever we needed. They are easy to communicate with and request assistance. They are very friendly people.

The fact that the toilet is upstairs. Although it’s a unique design as I mentioned, but having to climb the stairs every time we needed the toilet especially at night was a bit exhausting.

Me and my friend stayed in this lovely place for 6 days and it was amazing! The rooms are beautiful and the view as well, it feels kinda like the Italian version of Miami to be honest. Hearing all kinds of negative stuff about Naples (dirty, not pretty, loud) i was kinda worried, but i was pleasantly surprised. Micalò Art Rooms lies in a beautiful area and there's a beach just a 5min walk away (great for swimming). There is a bus station right on the opposite side of the street and a Metro station as well (was under construction though). The room was spacious, very clean and beautifully equipped. The breakfast was nice and our host was so friendly to even prepare some in advance when we had to leave for the airport early and couldn't make it to breakfast. The communication with our host Rossana was very good and she was very helpful with getting the best out of our time in Naples. All in all we'll be sure to stay here again!

Really great room, comfy bed and friendly attentive staff who were always available on Whats app. Check in was smooth and efficient. We liked the area. 20 minute walk to the Spanish Quarter for cheap food. Apartment itself is situated in the heart of a slightly more upscale neighborhood with no tourists and great local bars and restaurants. V nice stay.

Honestly it suited us perfect!
