We chose this hotel during our stay in Naples and I can confidently say it was a bullseye. The biggest advantage is the location - the hotel is situated in a very convenient spot, just a few minutes from the Line 6 metro station (which operates only during daytime and connects to Line 1 after 4 stops), and Line 2 can be reached in about 10 minutes. This is a huge convenience when exploring the city. Additionally, there's a bus stop right under the hotel, which makes getting around Naples even easier. Daily shopping is also no problem within a 10-minute walk there's a large, well-stocked market where you can buy everything you need. The hotel service deserves special praise. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Already at check-in we received a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise and shows their professional approach to guests. The rooms are clean and tidied daily, which maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. The breakfasts have a typically Italian character you can choose from croissants, toast with various types of cold cuts and yellow cheese, yogurts, fresh fruit, and juices. Although the selection isn't very wide, everything is fresh and tasty. The lady serving deserves special mention she prepares delicious coffee with true Italian quality! The excellent location, pleasant service, and fair prices make it a very good choice for a stay in Naples. I especially recommend the room with a jacuzzi.

The only downside is the noise coming from the street, particularly noticeable in rooms facing the main thoroughfare. Naples is a loud city, and unfortunately the hotel has no influence over this. It's worth keeping this in mind when choosing a room. Despite this minor flaw, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous gem of a boutique hotel in a historical palazzo on the Naples waterfront, with unparalleled service and elegant surroundings. Complimentary breakfast buffet is served in a gorgeous dining room with an impeccable Baroque-era vaulted and frescoed ceiling. The rooms are beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, and very well insulated from the noise of traffic, ensuring a peaceful retreat from the excitement of the city. Additionally you simply cannot get a better location in Naples than the Riviera Chiaia, where this hotel is located. I am terrible at remembering names but the two women working at the hotel on the morning of 28 March are particularly kind and helpful (maybe Maria and Fortuna???) even going so far as to arrange for a 4 AM taxi and boxed breakfast for my partner who had a very early flight to catch. Grazie mille!!! Vi ringraziamo!!!!!

The staff were so attentive. The desk is staffed 24/7, and they were always eager to assist. Once morning we had to leave before the complimentary breakfast started for a tour, and the staff prepared to-go breakfasts and espresso. When we checked in, they also explained where we were in the city and made sightseeing recommendations. The location is lovely, and the neighborhood felt safe. We spent so much time strolling the Lungomare and enjoying looking at the sea. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Il Salotto della Regina was everything we could have hoped for as our first place to stay in Italy. The room was clean, modern, well lit, well air conditioned, and impressively quiet for being on Riviera Chiaia. The bed was comfortable with a memory foam topper. The bathroom had a rain shower, and nice new fixtures and lights. It even had a highly amusing "disco light" in the for some reason. Breakfast was fresh and terrific each morning. Wherever they get their pastries was out of this world. Staff stood by and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our breakfast, making cappucino or espresso. I was blown away by the staff in general they were friendly and helpful at check in/out as well as asking if we needed anything each time we passed the front desk. We had some lovely conversations asking about our tourism outings and they gave some very helpful suggestions. They were fantastic and made us feel so welcome we were a little sad to leave. The location is also very convenient. Buses can be grabbed on Riviera Chiaia, the Linea 2 Metro station at Mergellina is a short walk west, and Linea 6 has a new station to the east.

It's too bad they don't have a larger sign as it was a little tricky to find, but I'm guessing that's a limitation of their building not their fault. Also the magnetic door lock was a little odd on the room, you had to hold it shut for a few seconds or it wouldn't lock.

Two smell things which the staff remedied immediately :height of the bed - so I needed a stool to get up on it . I m not very short …. Can t imagine someone really short getting up on it . I had a suite so chairs were not available as there was a beautiful sofa shelf and stools upon the soppalco. I was given a chair as soon as I asked for it. Otherwise perfect

The most helpful of staff who helped make restaurant reservations, were on hand to help with anything we needed on WhatsApp, provided maps and recommendations about what to do in Naples. The beds were so comfy - even the sofa bed for the children. We loved that slippers were provided and just felt well taken care of overall.

There is a lift but it's very small which didn't work for the claustrophobic among us and when we looked to send luggage up, it looked like we had to pay to use it and we didn't have money on us... so the climb up the stairs with luggage was a bit of effort especially given how warm it was during our stay.

Excellent location, just a couple of blocks from the US Consulate; coming from the highway is relatively easy to reach. Reception 24/7, super friendly staff, available day and night! I reached out to them soon after booking to ask some additional information and they replied a few minutes later - despite it was already late at night. Then, in preparation for my arrival, they reached out to give me all the necessary information to get to the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out, super-welcoming! The room was very large and comfortable, equipped with fridge and (regular size!) hair dryer; a welcome kit included slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. Good wifi connectio; breakfast was okay. The hotel has an agreement with a garage within walking distance, if you need to park your car. For us it was great, also because it is open and guarded even at night.

I found our room a bit dark because it faced the inner courtyard: not much of a problem for me, but keep that in mind, if you prefer a brighter room.

The rooms were beautiful. We were comfortable with the AC. Breakfast was very good. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to eat, etc. They prepared us some breakfast boxes when we left early for the airport.

Didn’t sleep well due to all the street noise. We were on floor 1 facing the street and could hear engines, honking, and random yelling people all night. I wore ear plugs the second night and slept much better. Also, the doors should have some kind of secondary lock (deadbolt, chain, etc). The lock on the door seemed kind of flimsy and we had someone trying to come into the wrong room at one point!

This botique hotel is located down the street from the American Consulate and from Naples' amazing waterfront. It's on the first floor of a historic building with a typical courtyard. The hotel staff was VERY nice and welcoming - my wife had just torn multiple knee ligaments just a few days before and she was traveling with crutches and a wheelchair: they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to better accommodate her. The room was nice, the shower was very spacious and I loved the lighting in the bathroom. Although the balcony faced the main street, I could not hear any noise from outside and in the morning I woke up to an amazing view of the gulf with mt. Vesuvius in the background. Special mention to the breakfast room: the original ceilings are breathtaking, and the whole room is just extremely beautiful and it was all decorated for Christmas so it felt very cozy and welcoming in the morning. The breakfast selection was also on point (the pastries are just on another level). I have to go back to Napoli soon and I will definitely try to stay there again!
