Good location, in one of the good neighbouhoods in Napoli. Contactless check-in, communication with the hostess via whatsup. Clear indications of how to enter the building and the apartment. Access in the building with key, access to the apartment with one code, access to the designated room with another code. The property is a 2 rooms apartment situated at the ground floor of a block of flats. We got the quadruple room called "Living". The kitchen is a common area, guests can only use the fridge and the coffee machine. The room was clean and tidied up every day, facilities basic but functional. Noise coming from the street was not too disturbing, we had a good rest each night. Breakfast is served in the coffee shop and consists of a coffee or cappuccino and a fresh and tasty pastry you can choose at you liking from the great variety they offer. To get to the port, the central train station or to the city center we took metro line 2 or line 6 ( line 6 only works between 7am an 2pm each day) from Mergellina station or bus no 151 from Riviera di chiaia bus station, both within a 5 minutes walk from the apartment ( both the main street that leads to Mergellina station and the small street that leads to the 151 bus station were well lit during night). During a our stay, the owner responded quickly at our question addressed on whatsup.

Bed was squeaky and thought we wouldn't sleep well, nonetheless we had a good rest each night.

Room was clean and spacious with ample storage. The b&b is in a good location, very close to line 2 of the metro, within walking distance of a beach and has a few cafés and a mini market just outside. Breakfast was delicious and is provided at a café across the road. To add some context to the reviews I've seen re noise; there was some general street noise but this seems to be the case across Naples and I'd say this is one of the quieter areas unless you compromise on having shops and transport links nearby. It was generally quiet at night so didn't affect sleep.

That was the 2nd time we visited the apartment. The landlord was available rapidly any time. The bathroom was great, we felt safety in the neighbourhood. The building was at a decent place close to a supermarket and the main shops of the district of Chiaia.

There were minor details, but they are not even worth to mention

Nice apartment room in the beautiful Mergellina district of Naples. Although it is located outside the city center, this area has a great local vibe with super nice caffes & bars, that are less crowded and perhaps a bit calmer than the ones in the centrum. The room is comfortable and clean. The check-in was automatic, quite easy (following the written instructions by the host). All went very smooth, all in all it was a pleasant stay.

It is not allowed to cook while electric oven is available but switch off . We stayed with child and selected accommodation with kitchen to cook for small kid . No kettle as well to make hot water .

Comfortable two room with very clean and well stocked common kitchen. Large shower head made for a lovely shower. Snacks and coffee appreciated. Breakfast included at corner bakery with very fresh croissants.

It was clean, comfortable, there was wi-fi, air-conditioning, a great shower, a metro station just up the hill and... (paid) street parking with lots of spaces!!

No complaints, just a suggestion: a couple of small pans in the kitchen (e.g. for heating milk or water) and it would be nice to at least meet the owner.

I was the first guest to stay at Giordani 23 B&B, the host as well as the owner of the apartment were very welcoming and catered to any of your needs. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, it also had most of the amenities one would need. The area is quiet and safe with a convenient access to the supermarket, pharmacy and taxis outside. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Clean and spacious room for three. Location is safe and nice. Bathroom is in great condition.
