Had a truly amazing stay! We stayed here for ten nights, and had a great room with a patio view of Mount Vesuvius. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was extremely clean. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the L2 and a 7 minute was from the L9, we were able to get around by public transport the first week with no issues. We rented a car the last two days and it was very easy to reserve a parking space at the hotel for overnights. There are a ton of choices for breakfast, and made to order coffee and hot chocolate as well. There was a ton of storage space in the room for clothing, and electrical outlets near the bed. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom, that worked great for drying bathing suits after days at the beach. There are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance, it was great to walk along the harbor each night a pick a new place to eat each time.

There is really nothing that I didn't like! The bathroom could use a couple additional hooks for hanging towels?

The Palazzo is located near a train/subway station and in a beautiful, quiet, safe area; it's also at walking distance from the sea. The staff is very kind and attentive, the breakfast great, and the hotel and terrace beautiful.

I don't give it 10 out of 10 for 2 reasons, I was in room 105 and for some reason the AC is below the window in a sort of hollow space that becomes completely hidden when the curtains are closed, rendering the AC useless as the cold air becomes trapped behind the curtains; I had to sleep with the curtains open and there's light coming in from nearby buildings and also of course the sun woke me up in the morning. The other reason is that there's a gate separating the facility from the streets and to get in you have to ring a bell and wait for the receptionist to open, this could be easily fixed by having your room key open that as well.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Rooms, facilities and staff were great. Bed super comfy, rooms clean and environment relaxing with fascinating history of the building and beautiful art everywhere. My only thoughts were breakfast, it would have been good to have more selection of fresh fruit (as available in local shops) and a self service fresh coffee machine (I am a self confessed coffee addict who cannot speak in the morning until I have had a fresh care an lait). Lovely very patient lady serving breakfast did a sterling job and was super kind and acommodating to my requests for more!

Possibility to book a private & secure parking space in advance. Super clean and modern room. Coffee & tea amenities in the room made us feel welcomed. Good selection of the breakfast buffet. 2 minutes walk to the Mergellina station. Less than 10 minutes to the yacht harbor & the water front. A modern air conditioner. Functional but creative interiors and the structures. Loved that some rooms are conserved from the original building.

Wonderful location near Mergelina train station. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The room was very nice with views of Vesuvius Volcano. Breakfast was good and no hidden fees.

There was a rooftop party going on at one night. I suspect that someone was smoking near the A/C intake as I had cigarette smells coming into my room through the vent. It opened the window and it stopped eventually. Happened just once fortunately.

A very beautiful place, very nice rooms, very good breakfast, very close metro stop. But what wins you over in this hotel is the people who work there and try to serve you as best as they can. incredible kindness. thank you to the people at the reception as well as dear Fabio in the breakfast area whom we are very lucky to have met. When we are in Naples again we will definitely choose the same hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially the fact that it is housed in a historic building with a rich history, preserving its rooms and some of the interior elements, including a charming library. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast was also very good.

I had a pleasant stay overall, but I have a suggestion for improvement. The method of activating electricity with the room key card can be a bit inconvenient. If a door nearby slams shut, the card can disengage, causing sudden disruptions like lights turning on in the middle of the night or the air conditioner shutting off. Additionally, it would be great if there were more accessible electrical outlets in the room. I had difficulty using the kettle as I had to search for a suitable socket, eventually placing it near the bed. These small changes could enhance the guest experience.

Location - There are a lot of attractions near the hotel (only 2 to 3 train stops away), eg the Galleria, the Naples historic centre. The waterfront is within walking distance! The hotel settings - lots of the interesting features of the former friar convent have been preserved. The staff - very helpful and thoughtful, taking care of the small details.

Beautiful building with interesting old features and very friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect, just a small walk away from tube station, sea promenade, amazing restaurants and lovely local shops. The hotel is a peaceful heaven and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had and Simona made the breakfast experience even nicer with her welcoming smile and attention to details. The art in the building is beautiful and the 1700 Presepe at the entrance is mesmerising. I highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly go back. Thank you to everyone at Palazzo Cappuccini. The hotel is located near the Mergellina metro station (about 3-4 min. walk) - that means it is easy to access eeverything. The neighbourhood is lovely, there are nearby shops, cafés , restauranst too. We had a nice a room, a comfortable bed, fridge, tv. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room faced the backyard - and it was very quiet. The breakfast was also good. We had a very good "base" in this hotel to discover Napoli, Pompeii, Caserta.
