The property has space for parking which is rare in Naples. It is also right next to the subway and the ride into the city centre is only 2 stops away. The ticket cost only 1.5 euros one way. The property is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator which is again rare in most of the old buildings in Italy. The host Antonio was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in at noon and he was there personally to greet and set us up. Gave us tips of how to get around and what to do in Naples. There was a payment issue with the credit card but he was extremely patient and helpful. In the end it was resolved. At no time was he upset or rude. It was a very good experience and gave me a good feeling about the situation.

Thank you Antonio for your great hospitality and explanations about Napoli. We really enjoyed staying at Isa Guest Rooms and because the subway was very close, we were in the historical centre in just 10 minutes.

The breakfast for which you gave us the coupons at the nearby restaurant was of good quality but very little to eat.

The host was amazing he helped us know a lot of city gems and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect because it is some minutes walking to the beach and only one minute to the train station. The area is safe and the whole building had a great security. The parkings are available too but it is better to get a small car if you rent one.

The host was very welcoming and allowed us to check in much earlier than the normal check in time. He even gave us a map and circled a few historical sites and tourist attractions in Naples as well as restaurants nearby.

The back road used to gain access to the facility confused us at first but once we found the right building it wasn't bad.

Great, secure location close to the train station (less than 5 mins walk). The bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size with good water pressure. Windows had insect screens but there was also the option to use the air conditioner (would recommend due to noise from the trains). Communication with Antonio and check in was straightforward.

Parking is limited and it wasn’t possible to accommodate our car due to its size (medium sized Jeep). Also don’t bother with the breakfast that it’s included at the cafe down the street, probably the worst coffee I had the entire month we were in Italy and the croissant was equally as bad. That said I think these things are minor and I’d definitely stay again.

The b&b is very clean and comfortable . Great beds and decoration , big bathroom ,small fridge , huge closets , a little balcony , air condition and a really kind and helpful host , Antonio. His advice and suggestions were really great .We felt really safe with the 24h security in a very good location near everything one may need (metro, supermarket). Parking space was an extra advantage .The common area was cute with free coffee all day long (wish we had breakfast there).Thank you Antonio ,hope to visit again...

Everything was great but if I could think of something that needs improvement is the breakfast. I think due to covid it is served in a small cafe near the b&b .People there are amazing and did everything they could to please us but the quality and the quantity of food is a little poor.

The welcoming was very warm and the host made sure we had all necessary info to enjoy our stay in Naples. The location was great, 10 mins walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the train station to reach the city centre.

Very clean apartment. Position also nice, near by metro station. Owner was very friendly. Before the stay he explained us and recommended lot of good points to visit. We discussed almost 1 hour about it.

Parking for small car only. But he found garage parking near by the apartment.

It was very clean and had a comfortable bed. The free private parking space was a bonus and the lift was really useful for our luggage. It was also not too far to walk to the seafront or up to Vomero

Room was meticulously clean very nice decorated, only 3 min to metro station and only 2 stations to the heart of Napoli, Antonio and Isabella were really respectful and supportive by all guidance and allowed us have late check out even. Breakfast was normal by a voucher of one cafe which only 200 steps away from room. Although there was breakfast vouchers they are Generous enough to leave some candy, chocolate, tea… nest to your room.

Nothing really, you may think is a little pricy but considering all factors that’s value for money and prefect
