Very friendly welcome. Even though I was delayed and arrived later than expected, the staff (Rosa) was super welcoming and checked me in remotely whilst also giving me lots of local info which was great! Headed out early next morning to check out pompei and was offered an early breakfast ( that fact that I'd already left when it was offered was my fault for not notifying the staff beforehand) The property was really well located, close to the seafront and 1 stop on the cumarno to the city centre Rosa could not do more to make me feel welcome. Napoles seafront is like Scarborough ( UK seaside town) on steroids, lived it !!! Really enjoyed Napoli and my time at artisti bed and dreams Thank you

I stayed at Artisti Suite & Rooms and was really happy with my choice. The host, Rosa, was incredibly kind and attentive — always available and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and creatively decorated — you can tell the place was made with love. The location is great: a convenient area with good transport connections. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying. I liked it so much I ended up staying for 3 days instead of just 1 as I originally planned. A wonderful place — I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

The room is very clean and the hosts are very friendly. Artisti is a good local for to stay in Naples. Its close of the Molo Beverello, in case the objective is to visit Amalfi Coast and Islands (Capri, Ischia and others). In general is a good place. The Taxis are complicated and for that we request to Rosa for reserve, she was very kind and booked. The next day everything went well.

I liked it all. I only suggest one thing to improve. We were rarely in Naples, because we went to the Coast and Islands and breakfast was late (8:30 am). Despite this, we spoke to Rosa about the situation. So the solution was to leave breakfast in the evening in our room the day before. But it wasn't the same thing. However, we appreciate of effort and in general was good. :)

really enjoyed my stay here. It was probably one of the quirkiest spots on my trip. I stayed in the single room, which was small, but had everything a solo traveller needs, and the shower was incredible - super powerful, multiple heads (definitely a power shower) you can see the temperature to adjust the heat, and the doors swing both ways - I never knew needed a shower door that swings both ways until this stay. TV has Netflix, normal channels and Disney plus, which was a nice touch when at the end of your trip. Breakfast was outstanding!! And I'm not even a breakfast person - coffee, juice, water, a warm Nutella croissant, toast bread, multiple cookies, muffins and yoghurt. I am one person. I would feed this to an army. The location is perfect if you're travelling by train - tricky if you're coming from the port. I got a taxi from the ferry to avoid Napoli traffic, but getting the train (then airport bus) to the airport was super convenient - got to Mergellina, not the local station as it is occasionally closed (as was the case during my two nights). Getting a bus to Montesando is super easy (opposite the local station) but walking predominantly downhill to Mergellina is more convenient. It's worth hiking up to Posillipo for sunset views of Mt Vesuvius and all of Naples - walking distance from the b&b. I wouldn't recommend the food/pastries at Vittorio Carraturo - staff are lovely, pizza and pastries were not. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Rosa doesn't speak English but will do what she can to advise and support your trip. I did the self check-in which was convenient for me, but I think that's optional. Tea and coffee is free in the open area, with TV, tables and sofas. And there's a mini fridge with drinks you can buy, or a free jug of water, which was convenient too. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Only one of the plug sockets work though (worth noting) but if you plug out the lamp on the desk, and have a multi-plug adapter, you'll be fine.

My first B&B stay since I started travelling over 30 years ago. Always do Hotels, 3 star and up. Location was perfect for what I wanted so I booked and I was very pleasantly surprised. Rosa was extremely helpful and eager to make my stay perfect. When she found out that I wanted to find the start and finish of the Giro de Italia they found the information I could not which was an absolute foot saver and ensured my day of watching the Giro was perfect.

The Wifi in my room kept losing its connection which was a bit frustrationg trying to watch highlights from the previous days Giro on my laptop. For work purposes it was just fine.

The staff (the hosts) were super nice. They really fared about me being comfortable. The location is near bus stops and 2 train stations, so easy to reach. It is just a bit far from the historical center (which my purpose of travel was work so it didn't matter to me). Clean place, near supermarkets and restaurants.

The whole apartment is very nicely decorated. Every detail was thought of. The room has everything needed for one person. Comfortable, beautiful, clean and the girl who hosted me is wonderful. The host allowed me to stay working in the common areas until late after check-in. Mozda je malo udaljeno od centra ako se ide peske, ali je opet lepa lokacija. U blizini je more, restorani, kao i metro kojim se za dve stanice moze doci do centra. Thanks again. A wonderful experience.

There is no Cons.

The place is very clean, the shower is very modern, I hadn‘t seen anything similar. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The bed is comfortable and they clean the room everyday! Rosa was very attentious, the day I had to leave earlier, she brought breakfast the day before. Certainly the best host I had so far and I travel a lot!

The crew is very hospitable. Although they didn't speak english, they made sure to use the translator to welcome us and give GREAT sightseeing and restaurant recomendations. The room is decent sized, clean, with a little balcony. They offer a really interesting breakfast.

Not much really. Maybe the fact that there's no elevator, requiring the guest to climb a few steps.
