Our host, Federica, was absolutely amazing! From the time we booked and through our stay she was there for any and all questions we had. We never actually met her in person, but I appreciated what a responsive and attentive host she was. The room is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a very safe neighborhood. It felt luxurious and the view is gorgeous. The bathroom is not in the room, but don't let that dissuade you from booking this room. It is literally right out the door and it is only for your use. It is like walking into a spa. There is a bidet, a beautiful shower with as much hot water as you want, all the amenities, and soft and fluffy towels. Federica's instructions to get into the building were very clear and easy to follow. Federica even arranged a ride to the airport for us (at 4 am!) and our driver was so very kind. Federica is a super host and I would give her and her beautiful space as many stars as possible!

Excellent! I had no idea where I was going, my cruise arrived late and Federica was soo helpful and helped me get a driver/ van, directions were on point for check in. Lengthly but it’s literally all you need. Alex, housekeeper at the flat was soo helpful and respectful as well. I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Federica even suggested a great restaurant to eat at. Everything was very clean, we felt very safe and rooms were spacious.

Great and helpful host. Provided so much information to assist us with our stay. Great and quick communication. Nice location, close to bus, trains and a short walk to downtown and metro. Very clean room, great water views, quite and comfortable. Close to cafes, restaurants, etc. Good security in the building. Great to have access to a washing machine. Good internet speed. We were really happy with our stay here.

Only thing to know is that ocean view rooms have the bathroom (private) outside the room, and the bathroom is quite small. Not a problem for us, we loved our stay, but good to keep in mind.

Stunning view! 🤩 The neighborhood felt very safe. The room had everything we needed — including coffee, tea, snacks, and water. Everything was neat and clean. We were given clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and check in, which made the whole process very smooth. We were also really happy we chose the airport transfer — it was totally worth it! A special thank you to Federica — she was always available and gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations!

I need to stress out that Federica and Alex were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and informative prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. Room was spacious with a nice view from our balcony and the location was also quite good with a short walk to the nearest bus stop.

Only one think that I could mention, is the fact the there was no bathroom within the room premises >>> I have simply misread the room description (absolutely my fault!) so no blame at all on others. My partner was absolutely ok with this and I also did finally got use to it as well-😊. Next time, I will definitely select a different room.

I would make a higher recommendation if offered because Federica was absolutely the best. She set up detailed connections for us, she sent us to maybe the best restaurant in Napoli "Noi". We made coffee in the mornings and sat at the small balcony that had a great view of Napoli neighborhoods and Sea View with Capri in the distance. Alex made us coffee if we were still there when he came in to clean. Don't be put off with "external" bathrooms - they were right outside the door and private, clean and hot water etc. The place has an Elevator which we really appreciated. Oh, the room was good size, clean (heck they even washed our clothes for us before we moved on. Thanks Federica and Alex

Very thoughtful amenities Clean Great location, safe to walk around at night. Beautiful view from balcony Staff was extremely attentive, friendly and quick to respond to messages. Secure building. Federica was thoughtful and very helpful Alex the housekeeper couldn't be nicer, he made us coffee in the morning, even though we had a machine in the room, very hospitable and kind. He also keeps the place spotless. Would definitely stay again Excellent value Two amazing bars/cafes right across the road also with friendly staff.

EVERYTHING was perfect about this property. Starting from the view, the amenities and the location. There are a number of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around the property as well. The highlight of our trip was Mr. Alex who made us feel so comfortable and at home. He really is the best. And special thanks to Federica for giving us every information in full detail. I cannot wait to come back and if ever I travel to Naples, I’m not going to stay in another property. This was just perfect perfect perfect.

Federica was a great host, had a solution for everything: Won't arrive on time? No problem, a serie of pics to explain how to get in by ourself Want more pillows and we forgot to tell her?: No problem, she guided us through the facilities, to get them. Reviews said top feature was cleanliness? Excellent cleaning!!! We got the Capri room, the view of Capri was incredible. Quiet, the balcony doors seal perfectly. Location? Very good, you can walk to the sea in 20min. Hungry?Federica had a great suggestion on the restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast? If you are an early bird like us you will have emergency coffee capsules and coffee maker easy to use in the room. Need more coffee? Clean kettle, w nescafe and a little sweet to start the day. Wake up early? Need a full breakfast? At 6:15, the bar at the cumana station 10min away is ready to serve you, with cornetto, sugar doughnut (neapolitan graffa) coffee, cappuccino... Wake up later? Right across the street she will tell you there is a patisserie, bar. De Vita, full with goodies.

Great area and location to get anywhere was super easy. Frederica is a great host with clear instructions of how to get into the property and also leaving helpful things in the room such as water and milk. We would definitely stay again!

The bathroom is separate to the room, although completely private and well stocked. However, this is just my personal preference - it wouldn’t deter me booking again.
