The hotel is great. It’s a small hotel of few rooms with a very authentic taste because of its historical construction style. Service is also great. Very good breakfast served, people managing the hotel are great specially Polina whom provided all needed support during our stay and made it so nice and smooth (i.e: Arranging Amalfi coast trip, calling taxi when needed, explained everything about the place and al surrounding attractions,….ect); even the security guy at the main gate was very polite and nice. Simply all was great and it’s an hotel that must be visited. Also hotel location is very good as it is near metro station and a lot of good restaurants are accessible by walk. I am sure I will go again😊

Breakfast: Rich and good breakfast. Good coffee. Great selection of freshly backed goods. Location: perfect for our needs since we had to the american consulate. The metro station is also not too far and it's not too long of a walk to go to the city center.

The noise from the street is never ending. It's not their fault, in fact I won't lower the rates for this reason, but it's something to keep in mind if you are planning to have a relaxing night of sleep or traveling with small children that need to go to bed early. On a Friday night the honking was non stop, I am not even sure if it ever stopped during the night. Plus, street cleaning, garbage collection start very early (5 am I believe).

The location is perfect. We had everything we wanted nearby. Metro station number 6 in front of the building 500m further there is line 1 Margellina station. People in the object are very helpful and friendly. The view from very comfortable room was very beautiful and on the seaside. Breakfast was excellent and delicious. It is close to every part of the city ( just a walking distance). Natasha’s cakes are the best❤️Coffee is unlimited and you can have fresh food as much as you like.

Please do not be put off by the exterior of the B&B. We were very concerned when we saw the outside and walking to our room but wow it was fantastic. We had the king room overlooking the sea. 24 hour security and the breakfast was amazing. Freshly cooked home made cakes daily. Nsples itself wasn't for us but if ever we went back would stay here again.

The breakfast was superb ! Natasha was the most amazing cook ! The cakes and choice of cooked eggs for breakfast were absolutely delicious! They had a slightly different choice every day and there was always plenty of food and a very good variety of hot drinks and cold . We especially loved using the coffee maker for lattes and cappuccinos and the freshly squeezed orange juice machine . The location of the bed and breakfast was just brilliant ! Just a a 5 minute walk to the prominade where there are fantastic views of the coastline , close to a bus stop , which was across the road, close to shops and restaurants and museums , 20 minute walk to a small funicular to see coastline views of Mount Vesuvius . Also a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Also we noticed that there is a brand new metro station about to open soon across the road from the bed and breakfast, which will be very handy to use to get around Naples and also to use hopefully to the train station to visit Pompeii . The bed and breakfast was actually housed inside a very old palace , the architecture and the original ornate tiles on the floors were stunning !

We liked absolutely everything about the bed and breakfast, especially that the room was lovely and big for our family of four . The only tiny thing if I had to mention is the door seal on our shower cubicle wasn't great , as the shower water leaked all over the bathroom floor sometimes and I had to use a towel to mop it all up, I felt bad for the staff having to mop it up after it leaking everywhere, but it could have also been my fault because I maybe hadn't shut the door fully shut . I don't know . But that was just a tiny fault . Our room and bathroom were always cleaned perfectly.

Gluten free breakfast was great, better options than usual. Host Polina was nice and helpful. I liked the building as well. Beautiful ocean views.

Location not the best with constant heavy traffic and noise. Metro line 6 right next to it, but it was very unreliable and stops running around 3 pm.

We had very nice with a super 180-degree panoramic view room. Narrow staircase, though nothing for an elderly person. That said nothing else negative to say. Really nice, with love to the detail arranged breakfast. With freshly baked cakes every morning. The personal (two ladies) are very helpful and sweet. Thank you very much! Would love to come back!

Breakfast was very good, and the staff was super attentive! The room had a lovely view, and the location was in a very nice neighborhood, with some lovely restaurants nearby. Also, there were always some snacks (cookies/fruits) and coffee available.

The room had the bathroom outside the room, but it was private and exclusive for the room we were staying in.

The location is perfect; you can easily grab a taxi or reach the bus / metro stations. The terrace is very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The sea view was also lovely from the room. The best part was the service, the owners checked on us each day and one of them was available on WhatsApp almost any time. Also note that the building has the vibes of an old movie which we found very authentic.

The breakfast was nice each day; but I would add more savory options and less sweet ones.

Beautiful Pallazzo with comfy common rooms. We had a room on the roof with a balcony facing the sea. Beautiful view. The breakfast was very good, with fruits, fresh orange juice, home made cakes and local specialities. Well connected to the metro and bus (and to the harbor). Safe area, as far as we could tell, with good restaurants nearby. We particularly liked Salvatore alla Riviera.
