We loved everything about this accommodation. It has a great location right in the Spanish Quarter. It is within walking distance of sights and interesting places, and about 5-7 minutes to the Toledo metro. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Inside, everything was clean and nicely furnished. For breakfast, there were packed croissants, jam, cereals, coffee, etc, and it was prepared in the kitchen every morning. We stayed in a room with a separate bathroom, which we were a bit worried about at first, but it wasn't a problem at all. It was just a few steps. Rosario, the host, was great, he always helped us with everything we needed. If you are going to Naples, I recommend staying here. I hope that we will also have the opportunity to come back someday.

The accommodation is located on the fourth floor. It has to be reached by quite high stairs, as was already mentioned in the reviews. I can't recommend it to elderly people and people with mobility problems and disabilities. However, for us, it was not a problem.

Property is at great location, Rossario and his wife makes sure that you always have right information and that your room is cleaned every day - we stayed at the property on two occasions since we were travelling to the coast and our flight was from Naples, they offered to leave extra luggage at the property and pick it up when we come back - that made our travelling much easier.

The stairs are hard to handle after amazing food in Naples but grate way to stay in shape on your vacation :)

the location is great, there are many restaurants nearby, the high street & metro are just a few minutes’ walk away; the host is superb, very warm & helpful, who also does very good cleaning; wifi works well; air conditioning works well; it has a view of the local neighbourhood; good security as there are many gates

breakfast has various options but some bread is expired; the shower is not warm; only the sockets near the door & in the bathroom work, not the ones behind the desk & beside the bed; it does not have a lift

very authentic place, nice room, everything is close, within 1 hour by walk to almost all interesting places in Napoli. Very good contact with the owner.

Rosario and Federica were super hosts!!! They are very nice people and did whatever to help with any problem or question. The apartment is very clean and completely satisfied my needs. It is located in the Spanish neighborhood which is the center of the real Neapolitan people. Lovely place with many wonderful restaurants and authentic shops and close to a metro station, port, esplanade and other attractions. And one more thing about Rosario that explains the person and the attitude. When the taxi that I ordered to the airport from some reason didn't show up, without any questions, Rosario drove me in his car to the airport so I will not miss my flight. This is very appreciable and extremely exceptional!!!

We were in Italy plenty of times and Rosario is the best host we ever had! Always available for his guests and take care about their comfort all the time. Place is located in Quartieri Spagnoli, which is living heart of Napoli, with a lot of restaurants, pubs and bars, also little shops, but in more calm neigbourhood so you can peacfully sleep. Comfort of our stay was all the time on really high level. We will definitelly go back to Naples and I we will also choose that place to stay!

It was a pleasent stay in Napolide. The room was nice and cosy, really clean, in the heart of the city at the Spanish quarter. Everything was in a few steps. The host, Rosario was really friendly, did everything to make us feel comfortable. We could check in early in the morning, it was very nice of him. We would defenitely go back. 🙂

Everything was great. No complaining

The place is located conveniently close to the subway station Toledo from which you can reach quickly to any sight in Naples. You might get turned away by the look of the building from outside but the room was very clean and taken care off, with good connection to wi-fi. You'll get free access to kitchen with simple breakfast and a coffee machine. Most importantly, the host is very friendly and tries to help as much as possible during your stay - booking taxis, recommendations on what to do etc. Definitely worth the price!

Rosario was most helpful, caring and polite host I have ever met! Rooms were extremely clean, location excellent, even the 5th floor did not seem scary after few days. Definitely recommend this for experiencing Napoli nightlife! All the main locations are in walking distance, rooms are beautiful and you get the nicest host as a bonus!
