The room very clean, modern and comfortable, a very good size and the host was extremely helpful and welcoming, along with providing very good recommendations and assisting with transport. Upon arrival the area is crowded and has a lively atmosphere but the host made sure we felt safe and the apartment was very secure, and helped us to feel comfortable , the area quieted down at night allowing a very good night's sleep . Would highly recommend staying here it was convenient for public transport and near shopping areas and restaurants. Had an amazing 8 night stay here and will definitely be coming back again!!! Thanks to Luca for the fab hospitality !!!

Nothing everything was great!!! We were able to make our own cups of tea due to daughter's intolerance to milk bought soya milk & lots of room in fridge for our things, amazing coffee and croissants each morning & asked what time you would like them!!!

I would recommend this place to everyone. The location is perfect to experience real Napoli. Metro is just a few minutes away, rooms are big and clean, free wifi, a balcony with a perfect view of a mural of Maradona, every day clean towels and a great breakfast. Luca was so kind and we could leave our bags earlier before it was a check-in. Also, he recommended great restaurants and was helpful with everything that we asked for. This neighbourhood is lively with a lot of great restaurants and bars. I will come back to Napoli and definitely stay in this apartment again!

Perfect place for travelers who want to get a glimpse into the lively atmosphere of Quartieri Spagnioli. And if you are a fan of Diego Maradona - like my husband is - it is better than perfect, since you meet the memories of him everywhere around you, our room window was directly looking at the wall with his painting. Toledo is in ca. 5-7 minutes walking distance - just be careful with the scooters, Sant'Elmo can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot - brisky walk uphills, you can get to the port also in ca. 20 minutes. There are many local shops that you can do grocery shopping in and numerous restaurants with delicious food pretty close. The host, Luca is super friendly, helpful and flexible, communicates in a timely manner, Teresa prepares the breakfast - that is simple, but tasty - with kindness. The room is cleaned and the towels changed quite often, the place has all necessary equipment available, good wi-fi quality. We plan to return in the near future. Fun fact: if you want to use the lift, you have to insert a 10-cent coin

Even before we arrived, it has been a most pleasurable experience. Luca contacted us way ahead of time to arrange arrival time and when we arrived, he offered us a good coffee and a great chat! Proper Neapolitan hospitality! The room was in the most perfect position for us and whether you're a Napoli fan or not, the view from the balcony of Maradona was very special for us. The room is also very modern, quiet, and very clean (and what detergent do you guys use, by the way, it smells amazing!) Super comfy bed and no details were missed in our eyes. Thanks to Teresa, we had an abundant breakfast which set our day up perfectly. We were also able to leave our bag on check out day so we could explore the city more. We'll definitely be back and thank you guys so much!! 💙

The host Luca is very nice and helpful. He was available to help us check-in and very responsive to texts. The room is quiet and quite confortable. The hotel is quite well located, easy to find and silent at night, which is appreciated even though it is located in a touristic area.

The mattresses are quite hard so you should not be difficult on this criteria. Also in the morning, the breakfast which is served is only correct, but not delicious and you don't have the choice of what to eat. The corridor and the kitchen where we eat breakfast is quite loud so you can be waken up by people eating breakfast from 8am.

Our trip in Italy was amazing. We lived in a very good place - B&B Murales. Everything is recently furnished, clean, cozy, comfortable. Near the port, metro, nearby train station. You choose the right vehicle and travel to explore the country. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Special thanks from all our family to Luca (the owner). A very warm, kind and helpful person in any situation. Only the best recommendations, keep it up!!!

Everything was great. The comfortable and clean apartment overlooking the murals in the heart of the city, capturing the real Neapolitan life. Luca was very friendly, gladly answered all questions, and gave good tips on what to see and enjoy or where to eat. It was not our first time in Napoli, but it was the most memorable.

It was a unique experience! Perfectly clean and cozy room, excellent location with the best view , Luca and Teresa were the nicest and most helpful persons! Definitely number one choice for accomodation in Napoli, totally recommended,Luca is a friend now 💙
