Great location in the Spanish Quarters, further away from the noise of the main street, close to the murals. Easy access to transportation, shops on the way to the room.

Very central! It's a bit difficult to find the first time but then it's very well located to visit the city.

Good location for restaurants and bars. Felt fully immersed in the Italian culture. Hosts easy to communicate with.

Pillows extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Good bathroom but inconvenient as down the hallway.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, at first the location looked sketchy, but after walking Naples, we realized the location is great :) The chceck in process was all online, which was fine also

The room is extra small, with no AC, so with 2 people there, it got really hot in the night. The kitchen was not accessible during our stay (we found this out after booking..), also the bathroom is on the other end of the apartment, which is kind of unpractical.

Room decoration was good.

1. Room was very hot and there were no built in air conditioner. Moreover, the standing air conditioner was not giving enough cold air. 2. There were no MICROWAVE. We struggle with Children aged 1 and 3 years to warm their foods. 3. There were no plate or glass to use. 4. Communication from the Staff was prompt and very good. Road was extremely uphill. It would be best if the staff explain explicitly about the uphill road which was extremely hard for us to walk with luggage and trolley. Staff mentioned to take the taxi but did not explain the very uphill road. Staff can also mention that people can use Maradona road for walk rather than the STAIRS. Staff mentioned about get off next to another hotel but we could not use it as well as there were very sharp stairs. Apart from MICROWAVE, PLATE and GLASS and some additional directions about the arriving to the accommodation, everything was quite good.

The street is ugly but is near the center and the metro station
