Since I have read the reviews I was already expecting some things. But I was glad that I didn't have any of the reported problems with the shower, for example. I had to change my room in the second day since there was a problem (i didn't find out what it was), but the process was very simple. Very nice and comfortable rooms and well located in Naples. Simple process of checkin and checkout, but no human beings involved on that.

In the second room i stayed the wifi just worked if i sat next to the room door, so i would suggest an improvement on this. There is no luggage storage possibility for early checkin. Communication could be better. There was a big hill to reach the location, so i'd think twice every time i felt like going to the apartment in the middle of the day, even if it was well located, it felt a bit like vacation crossfit to go up there. Nothing dramatic, but watch out if you have any mobility issue.

Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning! The agent was very responsive and gave us helpful detailed instructions on how to gain access. We enjoyed being in the lively character-filled Spanish Quarter!

Unfortunately the shower leaked badly and the coffee machine was broken - however I’m sure these will be fixed before the next guests arrive.

I stayed at TreSette Toledo for two nights with my partner. We arrived in the night, so we only had one day in Napoli. The host was very helpful by letting us do a self-check in since we arrived late. The description on how to do the self-check in was very clear. The bed was really nice! I slept like a baby both nights. A big plus was that the room had a television with access to Netflix. The apartment is also in the Spanish quarters which is close to the city centre.

Since it is a bed and breakfast I expected us to get breakfast. On Booking it says breakfast in the room, snacks bar and a child friendly buffé. When we ask the host about when to eat the breakfast in the morning, he/she said that there was no breakfast. The only thing that was offered in the room was some pre toasted bread in a plastic container, some tea and sweet buns. It was not like the picture I had seen on Booking which made me a bit disappointed. We also thought it was a bit annoying that it said that the host could speak English, when he/she never responded on messages in English. We always replied in English and said that we did not understand. Therefore, we always had to translate the text messages and figure out what the host meant.

Location is quite good, walking distance to train station but uphill walk to property (about 10 min). Quite close to amenities. Friendly host.

Attached bathroom though seems new and big, shower water sipped through causing entire bathroom to be wet. Kettle needs to be changed.

Perfect location, beutifully decorated room with big bathroom. I also enjoyed the small balcony where you can watch napoleateans do their everyday things and people walking by. Great place to stay!

perfect location just off of Via Toledo. Mattia picked me up from the airport and dropped me off for my flight home with no problems. Room was cleaned every day, WiFi worked well. Made my solo travelling a much more comfortable and easy experience staying a TreSette Toledo. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful person collected us from airport. Very good value for money. Place exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioning good. Breakfast items left in room and kitchen. Small fridge in room very useful. Good facilities in the shared kitchenette downstairs. Always responded promptly through booking.com

On 3 nights the electricity went for a short while - not too long. Don't know if this was the property or the area. The shower was fairly weak.

The room was quite big compared to other accommodation options. We really appreciated the balcony as it allowed to feel the atmosphere of the city even more. Everything was nice and tidy.

A lovely room, well laid out. Air con was brilliant and the bed was very comfortable, has a good sleep.

A cracked toilet seat but I got over that. Tiny inconvenience for a great stay.

hot water was Intermittent in the shower, so we had a couple of cold ones but nothing to complain about
