Location was great, right in the centre of the city. . Comfortable room with stocked mini fridge every day for continental breakfast with plenty of wrapped biscuits, cakes, min croissants etc. Check in was nice and early 12 noon, and check out 10am, but we were allowed to leave our luggage there and go for lunch as our flight wasn't till 4.30. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

All good. A little difficult to find the location as you had to go through a small outer door to to get into the actual complex. The small hotel is located on the 3rd floor and there's an elevator.

Our stay at Quisista was very nice, the staff is helpful, the room is comfortable and the location is very convenient.

There is however one thing I didn't know before coming and it's the fact that the shower in our room was placed inside the bedroom, not in a separate bathroom. If you like privacy while taking a shower it might be a little inconvenience. It was also slightly problematic for me that there was no way to fully open the windows.

We liked everything about our stay here. Our host Antonella was exceptional, and really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was great too and had so many options! We liked that although the building itself was old, the accommodation had a modern feel to it and was very clean and well looked after. The accommodation was very close to the train station and the main town too! Taxi to the airport was easily booked by our lovely host too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an unexpected change that made us last minute bookers for QuiSiSta. Lucky us! The room had everything we needed. Plenty of space, very clean, kettle, wi-fi, breakfast, sitting area, blackout curtains, etc. location was right in the middle of centro not far from Via Toledo and the immediate neighborhood was amazing - salumeria, spritzes, trattoria! But best of all our hosts who were fantastic. They helped us with travel issues, questions, arranged taxis, etc. I felt so taken care of.

Up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. But worth it once you got there!

When we arrived to the hotel in a Sunday evening, we were greeted by super amazing hostess’ and were given apperatives for evening stacks. Although we found out that the sheets weren’t changed in the room, the staff came within 15 minutes and fixed this error. The location was great as the metro and train stop, shopping street and the boat coast were near. The room were kept clean, it was quiet so we could sleep well and the air conditioning was very good! The room had baggage stand where you would have your bags on them, without laying the baggage in the floor so this was very nice addition. The breakfast was simple and good - the staff brought the drinks/food to the table and were very social and hospitable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to everyone!

It was a bit hard to find the enterance at first, as there were no clear signs outside of the buildings. Personally, I weren’t a fan of having the shower in the room and next to the bed, but on the other hand, the layout of the room was very efficiently designed.

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect. Good transport links to other places, with 2 different train stations within 5-7 minute walk. Near a good market street and great restaurants. Perfect for a city break.

The lift is broken and there are a lot of steps but this was communicated before booking so only a minor inconvenience.

The place was clean and modern and specious. We loved the hotel but the location was not the best as we only felt safe in the room and not anywhere else. If we were to come back we would stay here again but maybe hire a bike to get around and out of here

Amazing space and a beautiful little room; the B&B was located in Central Naples so all the major must-sees were within a few minutes walking distance. The room itself was very spacious and cute considering the size and price of it! Staff was very accommodating and nice, despite a language barrier, and they even noticed how busy I was throughout the day and, as a result, was unable to even go get food, so they kindly bought me a margarita pizza just to make sure I was fed! Highly suggest booking for future stays. The only downside was that at night it can get loud, but it is Central Naples so what else can you expect?

Room was quiet and very clean. Well kept the entire stay.

The breakfast was simple in-room snacks. I don’t think they could have done more but I had thought it was perhaps a buffet.

This was an emergency booking as my flight was cancelled and the team at Quisista was ready to assist with anything I needed as I was exhausted by the time I arrived. Their kindness, thoughtfulness and attentiveness was appreciated. Johanna went out of her way to prepare an aperitif even though I arrived so late and she walked me half way to Via Toledo, pointing out the things I would be able to find around the hotel in the morning. The room was spotless, good towels and I loved having a desk to sit at. Mrs. Susy made sure I had a full breakfast and that I was happy with everything. She made me a proper espresso that got me through each day. When my taxi for my return flight was running late and the driver could not reach me, she came down stairs to make sure I was alright. This misadventure left me with great memories of Naples and the people living there.

The little balcony outside is so tiny you can’t really sit out there. However, this is not something that the B&B can easily fix. Still, it was nice to leave the door open for fresh air.
