Location was great, right in the centre of the city. . Comfortable room with stocked mini fridge every day for continental breakfast with plenty of wrapped biscuits, cakes, min croissants etc. Check in was nice and early 12 noon, and check out 10am, but we were allowed to leave our luggage there and go for lunch as our flight wasn't till 4.30. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

All good. A little difficult to find the location as you had to go through a small outer door to to get into the actual complex. The small hotel is located on the 3rd floor and there's an elevator.

Our stay at Quisista was very nice, the staff is helpful, the room is comfortable and the location is very convenient.

There is however one thing I didn't know before coming and it's the fact that the shower in our room was placed inside the bedroom, not in a separate bathroom. If you like privacy while taking a shower it might be a little inconvenience. It was also slightly problematic for me that there was no way to fully open the windows.

We liked everything about our stay here. Our host Antonella was exceptional, and really made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was great too and had so many options! We liked that although the building itself was old, the accommodation had a modern feel to it and was very clean and well looked after. The accommodation was very close to the train station and the main town too! Taxi to the airport was easily booked by our lovely host too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an unexpected change that made us last minute bookers for QuiSiSta. Lucky us! The room had everything we needed. Plenty of space, very clean, kettle, wi-fi, breakfast, sitting area, blackout curtains, etc. location was right in the middle of centro not far from Via Toledo and the immediate neighborhood was amazing - salumeria, spritzes, trattoria! But best of all our hosts who were fantastic. They helped us with travel issues, questions, arranged taxis, etc. I felt so taken care of.

Up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. But worth it once you got there!

Super clean and new towels and food everyday, also airconditioning worked well. Staff was also very friendly and showed us where the nice places to visit are.

The only problem was the bed. It wasn’t a double but two singles and the mattresses were creating a gap which was a bit uncomfortable.

The place was clean and modern and specious. We loved the hotel but the location was not the best as we only felt safe in the room and not anywhere else. If we were to come back we would stay here again but maybe hire a bike to get around and out of here

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the location was perfect. Good transport links to other places, with 2 different train stations within 5-7 minute walk. Near a good market street and great restaurants. Perfect for a city break.

The lift is broken and there are a lot of steps but this was communicated before booking so only a minor inconvenience.

When we arrived to the hotel in a Sunday evening, we were greeted by super amazing hostess’ and were given apperatives for evening stacks. Although we found out that the sheets weren’t changed in the room, the staff came within 15 minutes and fixed this error. The location was great as the metro and train stop, shopping street and the boat coast were near. The room were kept clean, it was quiet so we could sleep well and the air conditioning was very good! The room had baggage stand where you would have your bags on them, without laying the baggage in the floor so this was very nice addition. The breakfast was simple and good - the staff brought the drinks/food to the table and were very social and hospitable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to everyone!

It was a bit hard to find the enterance at first, as there were no clear signs outside of the buildings. Personally, I weren’t a fan of having the shower in the room and next to the bed, but on the other hand, the layout of the room was very efficiently designed.
