The location is good but difficult to access by someone with any mobility issues something to have in mind as the taxi driver won't take you up there because of the narrow streets. The exterior of the building looks rough but the room was very nicely renovated and was very spacious, we were very comfortable and there are many restaurants around the area.

The stairs to go up the place I would say are a little unsafe as some steps feel loose or unstable, but is an old place and I guess it adds to the charm of the stay.

I really spent a great time in this place. Pretty much everything was beyond what I was expecting for the price I paid. I truly recommend for anyone who’s looking for an unbeatable quality/place/service/price option. Special thanks to the host who made everything smooth and who helped me all along (booking taxi, providing restaurant recommandation, etc). Oh and the bed mattress was so comfy! I was in a 4-star hotel in Bacoli for work just before staying at this place and the bed was not as comfy (despite being twice much expensive) And lastly the location was fantastic, next to so many great restaurants. Thanks again!

Location is perfect, surrounded with tasty trattorias and just few minutes walking from Quarteri Spagnoli. It is also walkable distance to all main attractions. The place is renovated, the room is really cosy and has a private bathroom. They also cleaned it every day, which we didn’t expect. Check-in was fast and smooth, we also received a map when we arrived and got advices what to see. Umberto was really kind and always responded really fast, he also arranged us a taxi ride really early in the morning. I really recommend this place to everyone! :)

This was a very comfortable place to use as a base to explore Naples . The location is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet .From the time we were to arrive until we left we were completely taken care of . I loved it . Lots of restaurants very close. We had a little trouble to find it , just look for the street number and the very small sign saying Relais Borbonico , or ask someone in the street . It is inside the entrance of the building not directly on the street.

The location is perfect which is 2mins walk from the main street and 10mins walk from Toledo metro station. With its convienience, its also very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to those who want to experience the local residential area in Napoli.

The best place to stay for visiting Napoli - right in the Spanish quarter. Charming, clean old style building, but with all modern utilities. Great communication with the host and Fabio who picked us from the airpot was also very helpful with lots of tips and recommendations about what to see and where to eat in Napoli.

The hotel is perfectly located to explore Naples and the surrounding cities/ islands. The neighbourhood is safe and very lively with a lot of places to go out (ask the host for recommendations!). Our room was clean, cool and comfortable with a nice view on the inner courtyard.

Great location in very short walking distance from Opera, Tivoli ect. Nice, clean rooms, fridge with wine, nice common space. Host very friendly and flexible

A nice, clean and comfortable b&b in the heart of Naples. The owner was really helpful, suggested some great restaurants and sights to see around the city. He was also flexible and always available if we had any questions.
