Hotel looks very nice. The stuff both on reception and at the restaurant were kind and friendly. We came an hour before check in and it was possible to get the room earlier, which is great. The room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows are very cosy. Bathroom is also spacious. For an additional fee of 35 euros, it is possible to use the Wellness and Spa. You have various things to do, such as a small pool with different kinds of hot tubs, finish sauna, hamam, aromatic showers, relax zone etc. Towel, bathrobe and slippers are also included in the price, as well as complimentary water, tea and nuts. We were the only ones in the spa which was great, and they have the rule that maximum of 12 people are allowed in the same time, but considering the size of the spa, it's more suitable for like 8 people. For us, the location of the hotel was good, since we were looking for a good hotel which is nearby to Malpensa airport.

Free wi-fi could be slightly better. There is only complimentary tea in the room, no coffee. Shower is good, but it would be better to have a classic shower. The shower in my room had only the ceiling shower, not the classic one, which is not really suitable.

I was very impressed with the spaciousness of the room—it was truly huge. I also appreciated the option to park a car right by the room, even though I didn’t have a car with me during my stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was both tasty and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were always willing to help and very attentive. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to borrow an umbrella on rainy days. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I liked the room overall — it was spacious and bright. The curtains were drawn so tightly that we didn’t really pay attention to the view from the window, but that wasn’t important anyway — we booked the room just for an overnight stay, as we were heading to Milan the next day. The lighting system was interesting — you can turn everything off with a single button, which was convenient. The design looked very stylish, though I felt slightly uneasy about the glass door to the bathroom — I have a bit of a fear of glass doors due to a personal bad experience. But that’s just me. Other than that, everything was great!

The employees were really nice. The Hotel is also charming and comfortable. It is very convenient to park the car just in front of the room. The room was big and well equipped making it ideal for a family. The location is also nice considering the distance to the centre of Milan. The waiter during the dinner (I think his name is Luca), was excellent. Very nice and professional. The reception ladies were also all very nice and helpful. Thank you!

It is a pity that there is no specific time for the children to visit the SPA. I understand that the SPA is a relaxing zone where people want to have a peaceful time to recover from their daily stress and charge their batteries. However, the children should also have their time, and it would be great to have a specific time (maybe 2 or 3 hours per day) and allow the children to enjoy, at least, the swimming pool. Because, of this, and as we have 2 children, it is unlikely that we come back to this hotel.

Staff member 'Jennifer', is worthy of a mention as she went out of her way to accommodate and translate for us.

Breakfast choices where limited. Our first evening meals was delightful, all 6 of us enjoyed. Our dinner on the next night (3 people), beef was hardly touched full of fat and gristle. Mentioned to staff and all we got was a sorry. On check out staff asked if we enjoyed our meals, again reiterated that beef was inedible and all we got was a sorry again. $70 Aus. for a steak to go back to the kitchen with no replacement or refund is not customer service. When we checked into our three rooms, 2 of the three were incorrect. One was given the wrong room number and the other totally the wrong direction. Perhaps young staff, but not acceptable for such a large organisation.

The hotel is modern and has a good appearance; the car entrance is very grand, almost like being in an 18th-century palace. The reception staff are attentive and helpful.

The worst part: the hotel is so 'modern' that all the lighting system is controlled by remote controls that are not very intuitive... a simple light switch is straightforward and functional, there's no need to innovate in that aspect. At night, it’s very noisy. We spent quite a while listening to people outside talking loudly, and nobody seemed to say anything to them. The room seemed clean, but I found a large spider in one corner of the bathroom. The room’s fridge is filled with drinks (which are paid for); you have to empty it completely to put your things in, and then put everything back as it was to avoid being charged for room service.

Hotel was relatively convenient to Malpensa airport, was very clean, and offered a good breakfast. The room was large enough and had a comfortable bed. Parking was right outside our door.

There are no shops etc. within walking distance -- a car is necessary. Dining room staff could have been a bit more obliging in allowing us to have breakfast on the patio in mild weather. We visited during Covid and flu season.

Excellent custom service, and modern spacious rooms. Staffs were very helpful and kind as well. They have also managed to prepare breakfast even if we were not able to join as our departure was earlier so they packed it before hand for us.

The location is a bit of an issue if you aim to commute to the city center or exhibition center, if you are attending CPHI fair. Taxi is quite expensive from here and public transport takes more than an hour to reach with many changes.

The staff is super friendly, especially the restaurant team; they were absolutely delightful. The hotel restaurant is excellent and convenient, making it well worth a visit. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable.

The bathroom is spacious, but during showers, the floor tends to get quite wet since there’s no door to close off the shower area. Additionally, the gym is quite small; given the size and structure of the hotel, they could definitely provide a larger space for exercising.
