Very good value for money! We staied in Room no. 2. Very clean and comfortable room, equipped with TV and air conditioning, hair-dryer. the temperature in the room was ok and in addition we had air conditioning and could adjust it according to our preferences. the b&b is close to the beach, center, shops and restaurants, and the street on which the accommodation is located is safe, quiet, lit at night, I felt safe going "home" in the evening/night. We had breakfast in the room (prepackaged sweets) and coffee/tea/juice/milk. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and fully in line with the description on Booking. the instructions for self check in were clear and easy to understand. Riccardo is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. he was available and we could ask him for help at any time. I highly recommend B&B San Francesco.

Very good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the room and access to coffee/tea in the room. The rooms are comfortable and fully consistent with the description on Booking.com. The facility is located very close to the sea. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy and many restaurants in the vicinity. But above all, a very friendly and helpful owner. He took care of us very well and provided a lot of useful information about the area and our stay. We could ask him for help all the time. If we ever return to Pescara, we will ONLY stay at Ricardo's. Wonderful man :) We highly recommend B&B San Francesco.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Riccardo, was extremely hospitable and friendly. We especially appreciated the peaceful and quiet nights – it was exactly what we needed to rest. The hairdryer was also a nice surprise – a professional one. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The location is very close to the beach, especially a free beach without umbrellas. Our room was nice and spacious with a confortable bed, tv, mini fridge, ac. The breakfast consists in store bought pastries, coffee, milk, water and fruit juice. Thanks to Riccardo for being such a friendly and helpful host!

The wifi is not stable, it drops often.

We loved our stay at Riccardos, who we met a couple of times, such a charming guy. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed of local events and apologised for the few hours of rain we had whilst there then provided us with umbrellas. The room was spotless and comfortable. Pescara was lovely, both the beach and town centre being a 3 minute walk away

Excellent location, nicely decorated, equipped with air conditioning, fridge, TV. It is 2 minutes away from the beach and 5 minutes from the center. Riccardo is a great host. He gave all his interest to make us well!!

Everything was perfect. We were also able to leave our luggage at Riccardo's after check-out.

Location is perfect, close to both see and city center. Riccardo is a very welcoming host. Bedroom is large and bed is confortable. There is a fridge in the room. For those travelling in bicycle, there is a small yard to park it.

Breakfast is really too light compared to all other places I stayed in Abruzzo. There is no common space or kitchen. You can eat in the yard if weather permits. If not, it will be on a small table inside your room. Configuration of the shower cabin allows water to flow outside the cabin.

The host was very friendly and communicative. He gave a lot of recomendations for restaurants or things to do in the city. The location was ideal, close to the beach and other facilities.
