Everything was amazing. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay in Pescara great and relaxing. They were super helpful and friendly. Very clean and modern facilities providing stuff like Amazon Alexa etc. Coffee and drinking water always available, breakfasts were great. We were provided with beach umbrella, beach towels. There are mosquito sprays all over place. Everything you need is here, thus making your stay pleasant and relaxing. Hosts are actively taking care of the place, cleaning, gardening etc., so you can see that this is not just money laundering BnB scam... Amazing, thank you again. Will definitely return again.

It was very easy to find the apartment. We were welcomed with a smile by super friendly staff. The staff members gave us towels and umbrella to use at the beach. Room was spacious, clean, nicely darkened during the night, A/C was working perfectly, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean. Friendliness of staff members exceeded our expectations. Staff members shared their tips for nice spots to visit and restaurants recommendations. Totally helpful! It is literally super close to the public beach and all the beach clubs, bars, etc. Walking distance to all the central restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, central station, shops. Nice and quiet spot.

The location was perfect, both close to town and the beach, as well as being lovely and quiet. The accommodation was just what we wanted, comfortable and clean, and the facilities very good. Easy to find with the manager's excellent directions and fantastic communication. Paolo gave us really good advice and recommendations, and helped us book a taxi for the return journey to the airport.

Nothing - it was really good value for money.

Really clean, good WiFi, and their breakfast is really good. I rented all four rooms, each one of them with its own bathroom. All beds, and amenities were amazing. The B&B it’s a walking distance from every important place in Pescara, 3-5 minutes from the beach and the Lidos, 10 minutes from good restaurants such as Cose, or La Cucineria, and 10-12 minutes walk from the downtown.

Breakfast really simple, but super tasty and delicious. It was just what was needed for a great morning. The hospitality was the best, the hosts also offered us a local 100% italian pasta to have taken at our home. Cleaning was perfect and made when we requested. The room had all the requirements even anti-mosquitos sprays. Placement of acommodation is perfect, near beach and near center.

It can be a little noisy when people enter the main entrance door on the hallway, but really that was not an issue.

Great location with all you need for a stay near the beach in the center of Pescara. The owner is a great host and will provide excellent coffee and breakfast, also access to the property is easy and convenient. The center is less than 10 min walk. BUt the area is residential without all the noise and crowd

Better bedding and pillows. need one more live outlet to leave computer charging during the day.

Excellent location, very close to the beach (also close to the free public beach) and to the center pedestrian area where all the restaurants are. The breakfast was very good - italian style consisting of tasty pastries, yogurt, coffee.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was really nice with a comfy bed and a small but adequate bathroom. We even had an Alexa in our room. The breakfast was excellent, good coffee, croissants in a sweet version with jam and chocolate, and croissants with ham/salami and cheese. Everyday there were also cookies, cake and some fruits. In the kitchen was a fridge with wather and juices, which you could drink all day long. The owner Paulo, is such an amazing host, his hospitality and good mood made our stay in Pescar even more beautiful. I can fully recommand and hope to stay there again. :)

Everything was perfect, very nice room, tasty italian breakfast and great location. The owner was also very nice and give us great tip for a trip.

The location is a few blocks from the beach and restaurants and the old town is a reasonable walk. A public parking lot is nearby. The breakfast was very good with a diverse choice of offerings. There is a nice garden area to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine.
