Had a small bit of difficulty in arriving at the hotel due to poor bus information initially but once we learned the correct transport arrangements to access Mian City central it was most convenient to get to the city center and airport which is what we required to access. Local eating facilities very useful given the limited restaurant facilities now available at NH Linate following Covid 19 pandemic

The bar and snack facilities very limited and could be improved upon in my opinion

The room was very clean and large. The bed was incredibly comfy as well. Plus, the staff was extremely helpful and polite when answering all of my questions. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I’ll most likely book again.

In terms of the distance from the airport itself, the hotel isn’t as close as advertised. But, above all, there isn’t a shuttle service available from the hotel which definitely is a minus in their favor. If they could include a shuttle service they would be my hotel of choice for Linate.

Very clean hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Bathroom/shower was immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. Big lobby area. Close to the airport.

Far from the city centre with awkward public transport to get to the city centre. A lot further than realised. No problem if driving, taxi can be pricey to get to Metro line to reach city centre.

The location is great if you have a CAR to get to lots of places in Milan and outside (Como, Crema,...). The value for money is excellent. The area is very calm to get away from the city noise for the night.

You do not hear planes (airport Linate nearby) but you hear noises from upstairs/adjacent rooms and corridor Also the hotel could use some renovations (signs of leak, shower screens,...) There isn't much to do outside, besides two restaurants across the street and Idriscolo

We got a family room big enough to fit easily luggages for three. Rare in hotels, they have nice obscurant curtains that block any sunlight in the morning. Breakfast was good, they have a nice variety.

Even though the hotel is nice, it clearly shows its age. You can clearly see that many things are old and warn off: stains on the walls, old chipped wood. The look doesn't really follow the quality of the hotel. Nothing to make it uncomfortable, but considering the price they could give it a refresh.

Close to airport, clean, efficient staff.

On their description they mention a restaurant in facility and an airport shuttle. The restaurant is only open for breakfast… there is no shuttle. Nice restaurant across the street makes up for lack of restaurant.

Both Carlos and Andrea were very helpful in whatever we needed. The hotel was as advertised and was very close to Linate airport which was very important to us.Close to good to excellent restaurants.

easy to resch the airport

they have soap dispensers in the bath. i like the idea of being green. but the execurion is horrible: the bottles can be opened by the guest. and i do not want to know what some b..trd.can put inside. bad bad bad idea. disgusting.

Hotel was easy to communicate with as we weren't sure of our arrival time. The breakfast was good with a good variety of fruits and sweets.

We had to move the twin bed to get closer to an outlet and found a dried liquid of some kind under the bed on the floor.
