front desk staff were very helpful - great recommendations and direction to see the best of Milan in only 1/2 day, shuttle service was fantastic and timely, Room was exceptionally quiet despite the close proximity to airport (distance/time from airport was perfect), Bed was very supportive and comfortable. Was nice to have an on-site restaurant given distance to others, but the shuttle & subway got us to incredible variety of choices in a short time.

A continental breakfast would be appreciated for those heading to airport in the AM. Not a criticism but a hot tub or sauna would be awesome to wind down after a long day of travel. Don’t think a pool is warranted as it’s an airport stayover location.

The hotel is so close to the Linate Airport. No worries about missing a flight. Free Shuttle pick up/ drop off at the Linate Airport and the Linate Metro stop that comes from City Center!!! If you are someone coming from outside the EU, they have WhatsApp so you can call them for free! Calls only, they don’t respond to WhatsApp message. The restaurant is priced decently and managed impeccably well. The check-in and out process was absolutely fast and painless at the front desk. The room was clean and the shower was enormous compared to European standards. I hope to stay here again next year.

We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel for an early morning flight. Hotel Best Western Linate allowed an early check in which was great. Room was large and comfortable with in room kettle for tea and instant coffee. The hotel restaurant was fine with efficient wait staff and a good selection of items. Restaurant location in hotel facility made it quite convenient. The free Shuttle ride at 5 the next morning went super smoothly. Best discovery of our stay was the large Idroscalo parc located minutes away from the hotel for recreating. We had a good long walk to help us sleep and very much enjoyed the parc which was built by Mussolini as a Seaplane port.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff consistently professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Traveling alone with my two cats, I was especially grateful for how accommodating and understanding everyone was — they made me and my pets feel genuinely welcome. It’s not always easy to find places that are both pet-friendly and high-quality, but this hotel exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail, the warm atmosphere, and the constant availability of the staff made my stay smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended, especially for fellow travelers with animals!

We did not pay extra for the breakfast, but the Shuttle to and from the Airport (Milano LIN) was extremely valuable. Arrived via train to the Forlanini station, hopped the M4 Subway line to the airport and shuttle to the hotel. Early the next morning the shuttle dropped us off directly in front of the gates for our departing flight. Bathroom was the newest/largest of our European experience and probably the closest to those in the United States of America. The lobby has a water dispenser that does both still and carbonated. We had a pretty utilitarian stay but it was good.

The staff were very friendly and food was good. ideal location for the airport. good shuttle service. Pleasant was the addition of complimentary extras in the room. For example: teeth cleaning and shaving kits etc.

The room did not have a good noise insulation from the outside corridor - mainly due to the entry door to the room having a lot of gaps around it. Also it was tricky to keep room temperature comfortable as air-con blew strait into one's head while sleeping.

The staff was really kind and polite, and the room was in perfect conditions. I loved the they give us snacks in the room as courtesy, and the camomile tea was definitely a good call since I arrived at night. The shuttle service is one of the best points, getting you from and to Linate airport in a few minutes. All you have to do is go to the gate 4 of the airport and call the hotel to ask them to send you one right away.

I read reviews saying of a noise complaint because of a club, but as I stayed on a Thursday there wasn't any party going on. The room didn’t seem very sound proof, which can be a downside. However they do offer earplugs to cover that issue. I used it because I’m a light sleeper and they worked fine.

Staff, the one on Thur, May 15th, around at 18:00. He was so welcoming, warm-hearted and trying to make me feel comfortable being with him, talking about good things about me and providing me with unexpected extra service!!!! (which i can’t mention just in case other customers see this comment and i can make him in trouble) Including him, i loveeee the bubbly atmosphere that every staffs are making.

Electric kettle seemed it had been used and yet to be cleaned. Thought just a one-time mistake!

Aside from the excellent facilities, one of the best features of this hotel is the shuttle service to and from the airport and metro. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city center, their shuttle service makes it easy and convenient for guests to reach the nearest M4 metro station to Duomo. The staff are very friendly, including the housekeepers (which I forgot to ask their names), shuttle service drivers (Jr, Rico, Robbie, and Joseph), and the receptionists, Juliano and Matteo. The restaurant staff are also very friendly. Additionally, they refill the refrigerator daily with two bottles of water, Pepsi, and Mirinda at no extra charge. The rooms are cleaned, and the bed linens and towels are changed every day. Staying at the Best Western Air Hotel Linate is highly recommended!

The receptionist, Sharif, appears to be perpetually mad and unfriendly, bordering on being rude. He could benefit from training to improve his customer service skills.

It was just over the road from the venue we were going to. The staff were really nice also.

The room wasn't that clean, tbe bedside table was all sticky and there was a pool of sticky stuff down the side of it. I just cleaned it up myself. The pillows were really flat and hard. Only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge for two people to use. No milk or decent coffee in the rooms either, I'd hoped for better than sachets of Nescafe. There is no clear way in to the hotel from the opposite side of the road (not the hotels fault I guess). But it is quite a dangerous road. I suppose most people are only using it to go to and from the airport though. Very pricey considering that breakfast wasn't included, compared to everywhere else we stayed in the area. Again only vending machine coffee in the communal areas. Let's italy down I think.
