It is located a few minutes from the airport. The hotel looks clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff is very polite and professional. The room was very quiet, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast offered a nice and tasty selection of sweet and savory foods and hot and cold drinks.

We arrived on a late flight and we had to arrange for a private taxi to reach the hotel as the shuttle service stops at 11 pm. We would have appreciated a wider selection of snacks or sandwiched to choose from at the vending machine.

I did like how it felt like an oasis even near the busy Milano and airport. Seems we were far from the big city meanwhile in 10m you’re in important and touristic locations. The majority of the staff were friendly and attentive

The facilities were not so modernized. I needed more supplies and equipment for my stay and the hotel didn’t have it or the rooms were upgraded. Although I have to mention I did felt very accommodated by the staff , specifically by a front desk young man Name Jake (Jakaria) . I think he was particularly empathetic with my situation and made it very easy on me to my requests . Thank you so much for it.

Clean and on site the staff was very helpful. Restaraunt has good options. The beds are comfortable. Good spot to stay near the airport.

The airport shuttle did not arrive as indicated. We waited over 30 mins arriving before 6 pm as indicated and then took a taxi. Staff didn’t respond to messages until after we arrived and to let us know it was coming at 7. I was also spammed by a hacker using their name both in the booking.com messenger app and to my email. They told me not to respond to these messages but didn’t see to ever resolve the problem. One morning I woke to over 50 emails from them - their hackers.

Great location, close to the airport for us to stay before picking up our hire car. Great breakfast, room was quite small but nice and clean and did the job. Was a little confused about the shuttle bus, but worked out it’s free of charge in the morning before 9am and then after 6pm which worked out great for us, then €5 per person during the daytime.

The evening staff were all friendly and helpful, but the morning staff were very unfriendly, wouldn’t look us in the eye and just generally seemed like they didn’t want to be there, or us to be there either!

Conveniently located, well equipped, very comfortable. Only slightly strange thing is that the toilet was separate from both shower rooms, but I think that is due to limited space.

The one room in our bedroom was left open and it was quite difficult to close so for the first day we were quite chilly - figured it out eventually though. for people who don't come from the Netherlands it may be helpful to show visitors how to open and close with the window mechanisms. Did not know where to put the rubbish when we left as we weren't provided the information

The Place is superb, with a great entrance, marvelous rooms. It provides shuttle for good prices. But the thing I liked the most: it’s breakfest. Guys,notice that it honored properly all the fame of the italian cousine, with extraordinary croissants, breads, italian hams and stuff like that. I guess it might have been the best I ever had, and I’ve been to a lot.

Nonetheless, there where two litlle issues that counts on the fact that i didnt give it a 10: 1- I had to wait about 30 minutes, when we reached there, to be attended. 2- And the Wi-Fi wasnt running well in the room.

The transport van was prompt and met our needs for travel to the airport. The place is new and lovely. The breakfast was very good with variety and quality and ready at 6 am!. My pillows, bedding, air-conditioning, and quiet room allowed for good sleep.

The phone number given me didn't work for the pickup from LIN. I had to go to the website and try 2 different prompts on that number before getting someone. But right away they were on the job and we were picked up in 10 minutes!

Very beautiful hotel. Had very nice amenities and nice touches to make the room and stay comfortable.

I booked the hotel because I needed the airport shuttle service the hotel offered. Later found out it’s only a free service if you need it at very specific times. I still had to take expensive taxis from the airport at night and to the airport the next morning. So unfortunately the sole reason for booking the hotel was not fulfilled.

Rooms really comfortable. Great beds and pillows. Super friendly staff. The restaurant was quite good with a nice range of options for different tastes.

The location is ok. We do recommend though using the hotel shuttle, we were going to center of Milan and rather than taking the shuttle back to the airport we ordered a taxi, and the price was super expensive, as the taxi charges from where it gets booked (hence airport) doubling the cost of the trip to the airport.

Beautiful and clean - window opens in the room (very safe) and allows lovely fresh air flow in! The staff were excellent- so helpful and very professional. The free shuttle service to the airport is excellent.

It is quite secluded, so if you are driving you are fine. If you need to work, it is an excellent quiet and comfortable environment. If you want a secret get away for a romantic night, it’s perfect! 🤩
