Very polite stuff, a great terrace at the top, a very good breakfast, a giant bed, literally 2 meters wide.

Literally nothing, everything was great, except maybe the smell of the blanket, somehow it seemed like it wasn't washed or dried completely - although it's maybe only up to me - I have a sensitive sense of smell :D

Great location and facilities. The room was clean and the traditional decor fits the style of the building. The spa is a great bonus.

Unfortunately the staff did not make us feel welcome. The information between the reception and the restaurant did not travel - the restaurant hadn’t received my dietary requirements for breakfast and had lost my dinner booking, when both were confirmed by the reception. It took ages to be served at the restaurant, we were completely forgotten. Also, the lobby bar was unstaffed every time I tried to go and get a coffee. I don’t know if it was staff shortage or poor management but everyone seemed stressed out and snappy. The check-in was offered to be done online, which I did, but I still had to go through the long check-in process at the counter upon arrival.

Great Location, just next to Lima metro station. You can reach anywhere You want with daily travel cards. Also it is just 10 min. walk to Milane Centrale. Room has tile floor no carpets which is great from hygiene perspective, Hotel and room was clean and housekeeping team is doing great job to keep everything clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good including Italian pastries. Facilities sound really good gym, pool, spa but we did not have time to experience.

You better bring your own hair dryer; the note in the bathroom says You can ask for hair dryer from reception - we asked but all of them blocked by other visitors.

The breakfast last Saturday was not good. No plates , no cups, most of the food was gone and not replaced at 10am. Guests were left to find their own tables. I stayed at this hotel lots of times and ever had a problem. Standard of breakfast has gone down.

Very clean, the room was cleaned every day and new toiletries were provided. Good noise isolation from the other rooms, you can only hear a bit from the shopping street. The lobby and the bar look great. Very convenient location right next to the large shopping street and lots of bars, restaurants, a small bakery nearby, also the metro stop. Close to the train station, but at the same time very safe and central area. The SPA is small, but also clean and nice, they provide bath robes and slippers. The staff was very polite. The dinner menu at the restaurant was delicious and a good selection of wines.

The rooms and the restaurant look a bit retro, but that also brings charm. It would be great if the SPA area can be expanded in the future and a wider selection in the menu of the restaurant. But everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location was great, the metro is right next to the hotel, and the central station is within walking distance. The area is nice and quiet. We especially liked the breakfast, which had a good selection of pastries, delicious coffee, and a beautiful view from the terrace. The only downside: the hotel has a swimming pool, and we wanted to use it. At the reception, we were told to go to our room and call them so they could bring us bathrobes. We called twice, and each time, they assured us that the bathrobes would be delivered soon. However, after several hours, no one ever came, so we couldn’t use the pool. Because of this, I’m deducting one star and hope the staff won’t let this happen again in the future. Overall, I recommend this hotel!

So we couldn’t use the pool in the end.

Hotel is placed right at the metro (M1 red) entrance - very usefull for travelling. The neighborhood - direction to Milano central station (which you can reach by walk in 10 mins) is a bit dirty. But the main Corso Baires is nice and clean. The personall of the hotel was very kind and helpful. In the basement, there is also a smal, but nice wellness, including swimming pool and steam. Surprisingly it was not crowded with people and the temperature of water was very high (good for small kids). The breakfest offer was quite simple, but sufficient.

Well, we were a little surprised by the price of the snacks in the room, which my kids considered as a comlimentary service and consumed. Later we had to pay a lot at the reception, for such a small package of chips.

The Location was great: in the middle of Corso Buenos Aires - next to Lima Metro station - close to Milano Centrale(10 min walking) - a lot of shops to choose from, the area was safe and a lot of restaurants to eat. The hotel staff was very friendly and even gave us some tourist tips. The breakfast was ok, with couple of options to choose from. There is a luggage room that you can use if you arrive earlier or if you have your flight late in the day(after check out). The rooms are quiet , very clean and the hotel looks very well maintained, the lobby area is nice and large and plenty of elevators to choose from. On the 7th floor there is a surprise - especially if you go during evening - you can get a very nice city by night panorama, you can see even the Duomo. Last but not least after a full day of visiting Milan is worth checking the pool and saunas( wet and dry) area.

The breakfast is pretty much the same every day - but still with couple of options to choose from. The bathroom door closing system is a bit outdated and the door could not be fully closed.

The staff were excellent and recommended a great restaurant nearby to eat at (the hotel dining was v good too but we wanted a change). The rooms were as per the photos. Breakfast was good and the hotel bar area v handy to catch up w other family members.

The metro entrance is outside the door, very handy but also meant that the metro noise underground travelled up to the rooms (4th floor). We were out all day and v tired at night so only heard it before falling asleep. Didn’t bother my extended family staying. The rooms were very hot w no way to cool in Winter except by opening the windows all day and closing at night because of the street noise (not a problem w the windows closed). This was a minor and we all enjoyed our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa center was included in the price. This thoughtful addition greatly enhanced my experience and allowed me to enjoy a more relaxing journey. I made it a point to visit the spa center every day. The location is quite favorable, characterized by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. You'll find a variety of renowned brands within easy reach for your shopping needs, and the main shopping district is conveniently located approximately a 35-minute walk from here.

The walls are relatively low and may benefit from improved sound insulation. I've witnessed some background noise coming from the adjacent rooms, both above and beside, which can be a bit distracting.
