Very pleasant hotel, nice spacious lobby and good rooms. The pool is a bit on the small side, good for a dip on a hot day unless it's full of kids but there is a lovely spacious garden beyond so it was great to stretch out on the sun loungers after a day's sightseeing. (you can't go in the pool without a rubber hat - 3 euros at reception). Next to nothing outside the hotel (Carrefour supermarket 15-20 minute walk) so you will have to pay top dollar for food and drink within the hotel although the 15 euro breakfast buffet was excellent. The 24 or 27 tram runs from a stop very close by and takes you straight to Via Larga close to the Duomo in 25 minutes for a couple of euros. The trams have a contactless system on board so just tap your card against the correct machine (One is for validating paper tickets which can be bought in a Tabacchi and the card one looks more electronic). The hotel offers a handy shuttle bus service for 5 Euros each to drop you at the airport (5-8 minutes away). You would be as well booking it in advance as it's not very big, just in case. The hotel can get you a taxi easy enough and as a price guide I got one from Milan Central train station to the Novotel for 23 Euros.

A great hotel option, close to the airport. We had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived early and while we couldn’t check in, we could leave our bags and use the pool. Lots of public transport nearby but we caught a taxi for €20. The rooms were a decent size and quiet. We were amazed that whilst being right next to the airport, we never heard any planes.

My only complaint is that we waited until 7:30pm for the restaurant to open (the family had eaten nearby earlier) and I was there as soon as it opened, so I could order something gluten free off the menu (almost impossible to get gf food nearby) and we were told the restaurant was fully booked and they wouldn’t be accepting take away orders that night. They were apologetic but could only give us an idea for an Uber style app I could order off, which is very difficult for allergies, so I was left with no options to eat any dinner that night.

We chose Novotel because of the location that is so close to Fabrique. Very convenient if you are about to go to an event there.

First of all, the moment we entered the room, we noticed that the trash was full of garbage. Secondly, it could be seen on the website that the hotel provides shampoo and shower gel. Unfortunately, both bottles were empty in the bathroom.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the varied breakfast options each morning.

The location wasn’t ideal—it’s quite far from the city center. Although there’s a tram nearby that takes you downtown, it still requires some extra time and planning.

Hotel rooms are nice, sufficient space but you can see there is some lack of maintenance which makes it look slightly outdated. But OK for a short stay. The location is perfect close to LInate Airport and with the tram you get to the Plaza dell Duomo in only 20 minutes for 2,20 Euro. Tram stop at 100m from hotel. Immediate surroundings of hotel is not attractive.

The room temperature was very high and the airco did not work. Only way to cool the room was to open the window, which gives a lot of noise, Breakfast was simple but OK, not completely what I expected from a Novotel.

The room was great! Comfortable bed and even had a sofa! The staff was very nice. Location: close to the airport but far to get to the touristic views. But right across the street you can get a Tram and in about 40min you get to the city center.

The bathroom needs some rethinking, especially for the shower. When you take bath, water goes all around the bathroom because the box is small

I booked this place for a concert nearby and it was in a very much strategic area. The room was spacious, lightened but the cleaning was okay overall.

The cleaning could be better, the carpet was dirty as in there were stains. The shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned for awhile.

It was very child friendly, with a big lobby that one could sit and relax or chill with the kids. The pool was great and the relaxation area around the pool was also a very good. Staffs were friendly.

There was a smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom sink. It was quite irritating. I also didn’t like it that one could not eat food bought outside in the lobby.

Breakfast was lovely and the pool was nice. Tram (24) stop is directly outside the hotel and very easy to get into central Madrid for approx 2 euros. During the day chips are available but don't appear on any of the menus for some strange reason. Plenty of free parking at the hotel, directly outside entrance or in the side road. Poolside bar is lovely and the staff were amazing throughout.

Original room had a lot of mould on bathroom ceiling but they moved us immediately. Swim caps is a must in the swimming pool and the young lady lifeguard, spent the whole day telling people to wear them. Sunbeds are all away from the pool.
