This is yet another time I am staying at this hotel and it has always been a really nice experience. Dont expect any fireworks though - this is a hotel for business trips not romantic stays with your partner. The rooms are comfy, The breakfast is pretty ok as well with a big selection of options. All the staff speaks English which is great!

Some of the staff is really helpful and friendly whereas I have also experienced a recurrent poor treatment especially from a particular person working at the bar. Absolutely not acceptable.

We were there specifically for a bodybuilding competition so the choice of location was out of our hands. The breakfast was adequate, the food was mainly luke warm but edible. Not alot of choice in breakfast fruits, ie blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas or pastries. The room was ok, but the tv channels were limited to really just a couple of English speaking ones so it wasn't really very good for us as we had to spend quite alot of time in there

There were only ever 1 or 2 members of staff on the front desk so it was time consuming to see anyone. A seperate customer service desk would have helped with simple things like ordering a taxi.

This hotel is a little further from the centre of Milan but there is a metro station just a few minutes walk away with a direct line into Milan City. The hotel is lovely and quiet and relaxing at the end of a long hot day, I just wish it had a swimming pool! Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and buffet style. The staff here are AMAZING and so friendly they went out of their way to look after me. Great stay, thank you ☺️

Nice and clean hotel with various choices of breakfast. We did enjoy the breakfast. The parking is easy, if you arrive early enough there are places for free parking. Otherwise, you can park in hotel's garage which is relatively cheap comparing with parking in Milano. The hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help always. They arranged two rooms next to each other and there is another door outside of two rooms. With it, we don't need to close the doors inside the two rooms. Kids loved it. There is a Metro station close-by. The parking there is cheap...(2 euro per day) Then you can park there to enter to Milano city center easily.

The out door card for entering two rooms needed to be re-new everyday. Meaning we had to visit the reception everyday to update the access. That's is not so handy even though we enjoyed talking with hotel staffs.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. Cleaning services top notch and receptionists very professional especially Martina. Thank you again for acting swiftly upon request.

Getting to the city was quite a hassle. It would be great if they had shuttle buses to the airport and back

It was not possible to open the window to let fresh air in. Also the door to bathroom did not work

It was a corporate dream, which we usually avoid but this place was chosen to get us in a travel position to get on the train to Geneva, Lyons and Avignon. Just a place to rest our heads. It was fine.

Very well kept place, except the floor (rubber?) in the first floor stairwell was torn up. maybe everyone takes the elevator but walked up the stairs.

Really nice staff, great location and the facilities. The room was clean and functional, newly refurbished. The hotel although located in the very center, it was removed from the noise of the streets. I do recommend it!

The wi-fi didnt work very well in the room. It looks like the wi-fi coverage was not the best and potent. Sometimes it was difficult to reconnect and for example watch Netflix!

We booked executive suite and stayed with 2 kids. It was really much space for us, 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was very good. Free parking on front of the hotel. Big Grocery shop was just 4 mins ( by car) away from the hotel. Free bottles of water in the room. Bed was comfortable same as pillows. The blanket was warm and lightweight.

This room was modernised but the bath was very old and not clean. The water from taking shower in the bath also leaked on the floor. Furniture had many stains on it. Fridge didn't work and was smelling. Hair dryer was not in the room so we had to call reception first.

I recommend this Hotel, the stuff is very nice and the price is also good. we came to Milan by car, and if you don't have a car you can easily go to the center. At about 10 minutes' walk there is an underground railway, which for a special price to the center is about 2,50 euros and you get on right at the cathedral. The next day we drove to the center because we wanted to see the city, but it was very difficult to find a parking lot and we paid 20 euros for about 5 hours. A taxi would cost you around 30 euros one way. All in all, a wonderful weekend spent in Milan.
