breakfast was excellent the hotel is close to the port of Livorno

we were surprised that if someone smokes in the room at 4 in the morning is necessary to wake up the whole hotel. Why doesn't the alarm ring for the first 10 seconds only at the reception?

Very close to the bus station, the room is big and very comfortable. The breakfast is also good. It’s 20 minutes by bus to the train station, so it’s possible to make a day trip to Florence.

They only provided one towel, even though we were two people. The neighborhood looks very rural, as It’s 40 minutes by bus to the Tower of Pisa, and 20 minutes by bus to the train station, which was not a problem for us, but can be to someone who wants a place more close to the center.

Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was wrong for us. Spent a lot of money on taxis going in and out to the centre as nothing nearby. Buses weren't great and had a very poor experience on them. If using the buses and have bought a ticket please stamp them on the machine on the bus to validate your ticket, we didn't know this and was met with a very rude bus inspector who wanted to fine us for not validating our tickets, even though we explained we had just arrived and no one had told us we had to do this. He chased us down the street threatening to call the police, it was awful. Also no bus after 730pm. Handy for airport but not if you're a tourist without a car would be better staying more central.

This is a stop-over hotel on your way to "somewhere" in the area. It is convenient to stay a night before/after a flight at nearby PISA airport and also if you are in the area for business - it's rather secluded and nears an industrial area. It is built for that purpose and its location is just that. So we found it convenient and within our expectations as we arrived late at PSA, got a rental car and wanted a decent place to stay for a night so we depart for our holiday destination in Tuscany, the following morning. I liked the free and plenty of parking, the ease of check-in and the decent variety of self-catering stuff at the reception area.

As it was rather crowded during the late July period that we stayed for a night, that showed during breakfast where it was noisy and messy as that area is rather small to do justice to many people looking to eat at the same time. Selection was OK but could be better.

We had a early start so we didn’t stay for breakfast, but this B&B Hotel in Pisa has exceptionally high standards, they have meals available next to the foyer they have a relaxing lounge area, with vending machines selling great foods, wines, beers and much more. I will most definitely return to this hotel. Great value for money, clean and management and staff so friendly they make you feel right at home.

Nothing to report, we both loved our stay.

Room was very spacious. Big windows that let alot of natural light into the room. Air con was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and would do anything to help you. They had a mini shop in the reception for you to buy things like shower supplies, snacks, drinks and more. Room was cleaned daily at no extra charge.

Bathroom is a little outdated. Slight damp stain on the ceiling of the room at the entrance. Location is a little outside of the city, takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the tower by taxi and costs around 20 euro each way, which can be a bit pricey if doing it daily.

Good bed, a lot of parking Space. Just behind the hotel is small pizza resto, nothing special, but nice and cheep pizza.

After having shower, ilthe bathroom was flooded. You have towel for floor, but it is not enough. I seem it very dangerous, as there is no drainage, and the water stays there whole time, you can slide. Also no ventilation in the room, the windows was completely wet after night - water was leaking in the room, it was horrible.

We arrived very early and wanted to drop our luggage which was no problem to hotel. While sorting luggage reception booked us in and directed us straight to our room which was great. Breakfast was good quality and lots to choose from. Reception arranged a taxi to the airport which was prompt and very clean. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. Location is super! 15minutes from Pisa Airport. The rooms are super clean with fresh linen and the rooms smells amazing. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. ACs were ice-cold and everything worked fine in the room. We had a very pleasant stay and I recommend this to everyone, especially with kids.

Everything was good, maybe the breakfast could have been better as there was not much of a variety but on the whole everything was perfect.

The welcome was great (thank you Merlina!). The modern room on the 4th floor on the Reception side of the building had a nice view and was everything I expected. The bed was very comfortable although the room was a little warmer than I would have liked. A lot of reviews mentioned noise being a problem and although you can clearly hear people outside in the corridor I have to say I had an excellent night of sleep and wasn't really disturbed. The hotel to be fair have signs in the corridor asking guests to keep the noise down. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel is not very close to Pisa centre but that was not a problem for me. Remember - there is a tourist tax!
