On arrival, we had the best welcome. So friendly & professional. We had booked a junior suite and on arrival we had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Absolutely brilliant, we loved the room. The room was very spacious and the very large bed was so comfortable. We had our evening meal at the hotel, lots to choose from on the menu. Breakfast had a great selection. Would certainly stay again.

You couldn’t get a drink or coffee, until the bar opened at 5pm. But not a big issue.

We were checking in at 3am due to flight issues and the desk clerk was very gracious. We were only there for a couple of hours because we had to catch a train to get to our cruise, but the room was charming, the breakfast was tasty with good variety and the setting there was lovely. Wish we could have spent more time, it would be a very good location for sightseeing.

Would have been very difficult to find without the GPS working well

I like the size of the room

There was no ease of finding transportation from the train station to the hotel. We were turned away from the restaurant and had to walk two blocks to get something to eat at night in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Also when I emailed about a shuttle to the port I was told there was none and I would have to book my own at my own expense. I found out there was hotel shuttles but you have to book a parking spot at the hotel. For a town that has a port for major cruise lines, they are not prepared.

The main guy server in restaurant was superb accomadated needs in getting a menu sorted for me asap as I don't eat meat in our group so he hot me gnocci made, The ladies were so awesome in reception would stay again

Was not close to restaurants or shopping but with a lil walking wasnt to bad

The modern hotel offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The room was very spacious and well equipped with lots of storage room. The reception staff was very welcoming and professional. Last but not least the hotel offers a big parking lot. The breakfast offers you all you need for a good start into the day.

Breakfast room and morning routine follows more a practical approach to serve bigger groups than to create a cosy or warm atmosphere for individual tourists or couples.

Nice size room, they upgraded us to a larger one than reserved, and hotel is in a good location for getting to the cruise port. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

We chose poorly in ordering a hamburger in the restaurant and it was one of the worst I can ever remember having. Staff was nice and as we ordered it we did not complain, however it definitely was a disappointment.

Excellent hotel, worthy of the 4 stars it has. Excellent buffet breakfast, large comfortable room, quality toiletries and towels/bathrobes, large comfortable bed, and adequate seating area/table. The minifridge in the room was not functioning. I told them in the morning and they acted on it promptly (i had not needed it myself)

The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere and not easily connected with public transportation. I knew this by looking at maps in advance and had a car, but it would have been a problem otherwise. Otherwise, nothing. Everything was great.

Our premium rooms were great. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good and good value. Good breakfast included. Nice staff very helpful, booked transfer to port at desk.

I knew it wasn't in the town, but taxis from the train station are no existent. So got a public bus which stopped pretty much out side the door. Not much around hotel but good for cruise port and facilities.

Reasonably new hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was good with many choices … not gourmet, but just fine. Very quiet despite it being full the night we stayed.

It’s on the edge of town, so a decent walk to the sights. Observation, not dislike — it’s not 5 star. It’s nearer to a Holiday Inn than a Sheraton. As long as you know this you will not be disappointed.

It’s a nice place.

The hotel failed to mention that it is not open for lunch and doesn’t have a nearby restaurant as an alternative. No shuttle buses service available neither.
