The hotel is easy to reach by car (large free parking) and conveniently located for accessing various industrial areas. While it’s not right in the center, you can still reach the city center on foot. Rooms are spacious, with a functional layout. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. On another stay, I was even given a very large room with a separate meeting area.

No issues at all during the stay. Everything was smooth.

The room, particularly the bed was very comfortable and the television offered sky sports, which was important to me to watch the tennis. There is no exercise room although I did find a patio in the back to do my exercises. There’s a short walk to the nearby bus stop for connections to other parts of the city. The restaurant offers a very nice breakfast offering buffet style and there is a dinner service as well, and the staff are very attentive and the food selection is good.

No complaints- all staff were welcoming and attentive. One issue not the properties responsibility is bus service is not available after 8 PM and I had trouble finding Taxis to return to the hotel one evening.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and cool. Nice to have a fridge in the room and there was plenty of room for clothes.

We thought the hotel was closer to the centre of Ravenna, within walking distance. As it wasn't we had to rely on taxis. We did have a problem contacting a taxi to get us back from the centre to the hotel at 10.30 pm, but managed it eventually. The biggest problem was us not speaking Italian and trying to be understood.

Rooms were nice. Location was convenient as we were starting a cruise the next day, and the transfer bus stopped directly in the hotel parking lot. Food was good .

Dining room was so crowded for dinner that we had to order room service to avoid eating at a very late hour. This hotel seems to host a lot of business meetings and conferences, which was probably the cause of the crowded dining room. No other restaurant options nearby, unfortunately.

On arrival, we had the best welcome. So friendly & professional. We had booked a junior suite and on arrival we had been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Absolutely brilliant, we loved the room. The room was very spacious and the very large bed was so comfortable. We had our evening meal at the hotel, lots to choose from on the menu. Breakfast had a great selection. Would certainly stay again.

You couldn’t get a drink or coffee, until the bar opened at 5pm. But not a big issue.

Hotel room was clean and spacious with modern amenities. The restaurant on site was excellent, but make reservations for dinner if you expect to eat there. We were lucky and they were able to accommodate us. If you stay here for a cruise, don't forget to book a transfer or private driver to take you. The hotel doesn't directly offer these services.

We were checking in at 3am due to flight issues and the desk clerk was very gracious. We were only there for a couple of hours because we had to catch a train to get to our cruise, but the room was charming, the breakfast was tasty with good variety and the setting there was lovely. Wish we could have spent more time, it would be a very good location for sightseeing.

Very spacious rooms, amazing staff, lots of covered parking places. It is located outside the city, but it was convenient for us since we stayed only for one night. There is a direct bus to the city center. The taxi costs around 10-15 euro you the city center. Breakfast is delicious, good coffee 🤩

All was ok for us.

Easy check in process. Very warm and welcoming and accommodating staff. Beautiful room. Calming atmosphere. Restaurant was outstanding. Very delicious food and drinks. Very easy checkout process. Staff was very eager to make any arrangements we asked for.

I like the size of the room

There was no ease of finding transportation from the train station to the hotel. We were turned away from the restaurant and had to walk two blocks to get something to eat at night in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Also when I emailed about a shuttle to the port I was told there was none and I would have to book my own at my own expense. I found out there was hotel shuttles but you have to book a parking spot at the hotel. For a town that has a port for major cruise lines, they are not prepared.
