Loved the location. So central but yet on a quiet street. Just a Nice Walk over the bridge and then we were in the center of the the city life. The room looked like in the pictures but for us it was a little bit smaler, not a problem but just for information. We didnt spend and time in the room except for sleeping so the room was perfect for us. They cleaned the room everyday, which we didnt expect, and got new towels the third day. The host was Nice and helpful. We changed our arrival time, up 1h, in the last minute and the host was Nice to show up and let us in really Quick. We were a bit confused because it said in the information that the desk was maned 24/7 i think, its more like he showed up on the time we had reggistered our arrival. Not a problem and he was Quick but we felt a litte bad for Maybe making him rush.

The ac didnt work so it got a bit warm in the room. First it just did warm air, and comimg from sweeden 19 degrees is warm for ur. But we just opened the big Windows looking over a garden and problem solved. No noice from the Streets or anything.

The location was great, bed comfy, the room was really big and the air con was amazing, especially with the heat outside. Only down side was the shower wasn’t the best.

When we arrived to check in there was no one to let us in and ended up having to wait half an hour to get in the room. I understand why the property do this however it was just annoying for us after a long day of travelling to get there.

The staff were very friendly, waited outside for us for check in even after we were an hour late due to a delayed flight and the man was very friendly and helpful The air conditioning wad amazing, cooled the room down instantly when it was too hot and the bed was comfy, nice bathroom too

We only managed to find 1 plug socket to charge all our devices, would have been better to have plug socket either side of the bed but not a big issue Would have preferred more than 1 toilet roll on check in, we ended up buying more, again not a big issue

The property was exactly as in the pictures, close to main attractions but in a neighbourhood where is not busy at all and you can rest and recharge batteries. Have loads of restaurants and ice cream shops close and the place was regularly cleaned every morning.

Id like to have more fluent conversation with the people on charged, as it’s a bed and breakfast there were not people all the time to open the door and after to ask several times I didn’t had an answer and was afraid if someone would be there when I arrived.

Location is very central and just around the corner from the Sitbus shuttle service for airport. It is close to main attraction. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good communication with the host and he did answer our call when we couldn't get through the door.

Secure and in a good location to Vatican City, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Also very accommodating with late check in and the confusion about booking.coms hacking

It is a compact room which is adequate if you are a business person in for a couple of days or just need a nice place to sleep

The room was comfortable, clean and big. The owner was waiting for us to come and he was very kind. After check out we could leave our luggage for free until afternoon. The location was very good and very close to main city attractions.

The room we got did not look like images provided. Property was fairly clean, however, noticed a few places in the room that could use some dusting. It was quite a small space - however, we usually travel with backpacks and don’t tend to spend a lot of time in accommodation so it was ok. Although, rooms are cleaned daily , shower gel/ shampoo was not topped up so it was not enough at the end. Bathroom was also very small and cramped, shower doors did not close properly.

We had a great stay at the Shell Rome Suite. The host was very accommodating and friendly ensuring check in and out went smoothly. The apartment is in a good location and is reasonable walk from all the landmarks. Would recommend staying here!

Place is really nice and clean. We were coming in late and the staff was kind enough to wait for us outside the property and welcome us. It is really easy to find, couple of streets away from the metro station and there are multiple bus stations right around the corner. Our room was cleaned every day. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

If you're a tall or a larger person, the shower space can be a little tight. Also, there were some weird noises, like faucets running during the night, nothing too serious, but it would probably bother us if we were staying for a longer period of time.
