The place is perfect located. You can walk easily to most important spots in the city, but you don't have to sleep in the most crowded and noisy areas. We had a spacious room, with comfortable bed, clean and nice bathroom. The biggest surprise? How quite it was. With windows on patio, we didn't feel we are in the center one of the biggest cities in Europe. This was amazing experience, since another time in Rome we weren't able to sleep due to the noise from the street. I also want to mention high level of client service. Thank you Erika for answering all our questions and be helpful with earlier check in due to our flight at 6 am.

AC could work better. We were unable to adequately cool the room

Location was great, walking distance to all main sites (sometimes a longer walk but well worth it). Quiet location, nice building. Loved the elevator to get to 3rd floor. Restaurants everywhere. We had a wonderful stay.

The front door was quite loud and our room was opposite it, so people coming in and out through the night kept waking us up. Some oil on the hinges might be a good idea!

Location was ideal. The bus to the airport is in front of the building. Grocery store by the side entrance.

Response by the contact person could be better. I tried to book a taxi for the next day but there was no reply. Finally I booked the bus ticket at 9:30pm. At 7am the taxi called me. I had to cancel the taxi. Very stressful

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — central, yet peaceful. The room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt steady and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-run hotel. Can’t wait to come back! 🏨✨

The location is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican as well as the Piazza Navona and only a 30 minute taxi ride from/to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The lockbox access was well described with video documentation. The room had a large bed and the bathroom was large. The entire discs was clean. The breakfast voucher for the delicious cafe two blocks away was appreciated.

The room was huuuuge - try living in your own castle! Superb master bed and alright sofa bed - ok for the kids. Very quiet, we had a great night of sleep. Right next to the Vatican-Fiumicino bus stop, so saves a lot of trouble.

the second bedroom is directly connected with the bathroom - so hard to use if someone is sleeping. But with old buildings little can be done about it, thus not a minus, but a thing to consider.

The location is perfect. The room was completely better than my expectation. It was clean and spacy. The staff, Ms Erika, was very kind & friendly. She was very helpful.

It was hard for me to take shower because there was no curtain to prevent the water splashing out of the bathtub. The water drain was too slowly :(

Great location, which is convenient to get quickly to all the city centre attractions. It also has a bus stop just in front of the building where you can get to the airport shuttle. Very supportive and helpful staff who were able to solve all our requests.

Entering the building instructions could be a little bit more clear defined.

Lovely modern room with huge comfy bed, TV and lovely bathroom. Had a mini fridge too which was super handy. Michael was really friendly and helpful. It was right near Vatican City so super handy for any tours there. It was a quieter area which was nice and easy to get to the main tourist sites. Highly recommend!
