Location close to piazza cavour was perfect, the quartier Prati is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby and not so busy as the center of Rome. The guest house was perfect, we really loved it. Our room was specious and the bathroom was very good. The room was located at the back of the appartmentbuilding, so we could hear the birds sing in the morning (which is better than cars or noises of the street!). The host gave us lots of details for restaurants etc. Next time in Rome we will book this guest house again. We really loved the breakfast in restaurant Lumiere in the same street, very nice service and nice food.

It was an amazing experience. It will probably be our inevitable destination when we go to Rome. I can say that this is the first time we stayed in such a clean room. It really smelled like detergent. The room was as spacious as it looks in the photos. Thanks for everything ☺️

Very friendly staff, including Cristiano via WhatsApp. Easy to come and go, even left us a nice little treat for our honeymoon!

Was a little confusing at first trying to check-in, but again via WhatsApp it was all resolved quickly. Be sure to search up the location via the street address and not by name on Google maps.

Breakfast was delicious and like home. The room was spacious for a family of four. Cleaning was thorough on a daily basis. Host was really helpful

The location is perfect - you have everything within walking distance and it is a very cozy bed & breakfast. The bed was comfy and the host Christiano was the best. He helped accomodate for our trolleys on our last day, he helped us order airport shuttle and he even made sure there was gluten-free breakfast for me as I am glutenintolerant. And he did everything with kindness. We would recommend this place anytime.

We’ve stayed for 4 nights in the accomodation during our stays in Rome. Location: The accomodation lies in a very central location (near to the Vatican city) and are walkable to most of the famous attraction in Rome. Service: Cristiano and his team provides a top service during our stays, and we always can reach him out when we need anything. Cleanliness: Top score. The room is very clean and are cleaned up every day by the staff. Towels and bedsheet are also changed on the regular basis. Price: A good choice and top quality/price ratio for our stay in Rome

Breakfast: composed mainly of prepackaged food from supermarket. However, we were informed on the arrival date that the kitchen is closed for couple of months.
