Really nice, clean accommodation that was with in walking distance to all of Rome's main attractions. The area is not bang in the centre which is great as you're away from the masses of tourists. We felt safe there at all times. The host was really friendly and informative. We corresponded on WhatsApp and the response was always straight away. When we had a small issue she dealt with it straight away. We will come back again and visit the sites we didn't have time to see this time around. Thank you for making our stay in Rome a memorable one!

I would like to start with a great thank you to the owners. There was a genuine mistake done during the booking, and when we arrived in the middle of the night, the owners met us, helped with the accommodation and we weren’t left in the street to wait till the morning. The hotel is located wright in the center, in walking distance to all the attraction. We didn’t use public transport even once. The room was immaculately clean, the bathroom was shiny clean too. And my special thank you for the bidet facility. The coffee machine and nice cutlery made my every morning feel like home. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, so you can always have all the essentials and keep them in the fridge provided in your room. We even asked for Earl Grey tea bags instead of black, and it was kindly changed for us. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels. And on the top of that, you are allowed to leave your bags after check out till the time of your departure. Can’t thank more.

The Wi-Fi signal occasionally was weaker, but we still could do everything we needed. It didn’t affect our stay at all.

Very close to the Vatican and other beautiful places. The longest distance was to the Colosseum (43 min walk). The host was excellent, so kind and helpful. We felt very welcomed. She waited for us with a tourist map of Rome. The room was big enough for 2 people, very clean, although outdated. We would go back to the same place. The location is very good!

The walls were a bit thin, you could hear everything. It was good we were exhausted every night, so we fell fast asleep. It was a bit cold at 6/7 in the morning when we woke up. Nothing serious, though.

The location is perfect. From one side it’s close to the city centre and all sights, from the other it’s located in very calm part of city. There are many nice cafes in just few minutes walk from the property. The property keeps very clean. Administration keep it very clean and looking good. Each morning we were able to make coffee provided by hotels, there is coffee machine in each room. We got everything that we needed for a great vacations. The administration is also very helpful in recommending good place to visit, ordering taxi. It was out first time in Rome and we absolutely enjoyed it.

The room was really nice and impeccably clean, with quality linen and necessities, free tea/coffee facilities. The location is just perfect, a few steps away from Via Cola di Rienzo, the main shopping street, our favourite one. We were lucky enough to book this place for 3 nights because all other dates were already booked, unfortunately. The host, Ella, met us on the day of our arrival, showed everything, was very helpful and nice, recommended one great seafood restaurant and booked a table especially for us to celebrate my birthday. We are very grateful to Ella for her help. We come to Rome every year and only this time we discovered this amazing b&b which no other similar places nearby can really compete with. From now on we will stay only here. Highly recommended.

Good location, 15 mins from Vatican and in a walking distance to other city sights, very quiet at night that means great sleep. The room is clean and cosy with coffee machine and coffee table, plenty of coffee shops and cafes nearby. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is tidy. Property owner was really nice and helpful, showing main sight on the map. I loved the place, definitely would recommend for stay.

Only one day during our stay wifi did not work, but the problem was fixed in a 1 day. We did not spend much time in the room, short time in the morning and evening, so it did not affect us.

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean

Everything was very good.

Fantastic location in Prati, with many points of interest in close range. Bus and metro stations are also fairly close. Beds were comfy and the hostess explained to us all the different things we could see around the city, as well as making sure we were satisfied with our stay there.

No view, fairly small room, but that's a nitpick, since the price we paid was excellent for what the apartment offers. No real negatives with the room.
