I loved that they had extra services at a decent price I loved the location, I was close to everything.

There was a problem with hot water..I had no hot water first night so..I couldn't even use my hot tub, they where verry hard to reach on the phone. The rooms are in a complex with people living there..not so friendly. The walls where paper thick..You could her anthing through them.. In the monring after 10am you coldn't sleep anymore because they where verry noisy and again you could here anything from the corridor too. The reception was gone after a certain hour.

Very cean room, comfortable, very friendly staff especially Emanuele who was very helpful. Quite rooms. Good location, easy to reach by public transport. Close to Lepanto Metro station. Stayed at Superior King bedroom (including kitchenette and balcony).

We didn't have lampshades on our bedside tables! So, if you wake up during the night you have to light up all room instead! Would have preferred to leave our luggages longer at the reception after check out other than 2pm, since we had a late night flight and as a result we had spoiled our last half day of our holiday by going to the airport very early, instead of running around the city of Rome with large luggages.

A beautiful and quiet location in Rome, a short stroll to the main attractions of Rome and the Rome is delightful situated in a building complex with apartments and the nostalgic hotel lift is everything! It is a modern room in a historic building surrounded by stores, restuarants and cafes with a short walk to Castel Sant'Angelo!

There wasn't anything to dislike about the hotel, my only warning would be that luggage can't be stored at this destination and you need to check out and take it to one of their other hotels to store luggage post checkout, there is also no one that is situated at the desk. However, minimal things and would highly recommend if in Rome!

Everything related to the stay there was fantastic. A supermarket was next door where we could buy snacks, food and water. The Metro station was almost 10 minutes' walk.

Nice and comfortable room, good cleaning, good locations.

I didn't received key from front street door. I can't get to my room at night at 10.30 p.m, any communication by phone.... Very bad experience to stay at night on the street.

Location was close to the Vatican and the rooms were very clean and nice! In a quiet area of town

Clean room, big shower, new renovation, AC, helpful and nice staff, easy to reach by foot all tourist places.

Few times in the evening shower stream power was weak.

Really good value for money, and the room was very neat and tidy.

Four keys are required to get into the room.

Quite clean room, it has AC. Close to metro station like 7 minutes walking. Good price for the location.
