Everything was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. The owner even told that would refund all payment if I didn't like something and need to cancel last day. WiFI was perfect. I liked everything. The location is very good and safe. But it is a little bit far from the center. But the bus stations are close.

The main thing that I didn't like is that they don't have luggage storage which is really a problem for tourists.

Very good location, Prati zone is the right choice if you are looking to be close to the city center, but far away from touristic crowd. I liked the online check-in process, it was very convinient. Nice view from the window and quite calm street to sleep with the open one. Just around the corner very cool ice-cream shop. Room was cleaned well and had everything you may need during your stay.

There were not enought hangers and no space for long outfits. When I asked if i could have some more, the answer was no. I was traveling alone and maybe i had too much cloth with me, but it would be nice if the manager would help me with my situation. At the end, it was not such a big ask.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Check-in was incredibly easy, and everything about the place felt straightforward and convenient. The rooms were immaculately clean, and I loved the fresh, newly renovated look. The location is ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Great experience. Very good communication with the host. Super friendly staff. Clean rooms, beautiful old building. All 10/10. Walking distance to Vatican, and many other attractions. Can't complain, really :)

Apartment was very clean. location is perfect. everything what we need was in the apartment. near to Vatican and near to river. perfect.

Everything was phenomenal. I was amazed at the value for the price we paid! Fantastic location, central to essentially everything in a very safe spot, easy to access and the room and building were both amazing. We felt like we stole our stay lol. We loved getting a lovely breakfast in bed for a great price, communication with staff was easy and we were so well accommodated for. Just lovely, I hugely recommend staying at NUMA Roma!

Staff told us to refill our water bottle from the washroom which was not appropriate and a turn-off as we weren't expecting it. However, there was an area in which another staff organized a water refill. We really liked the lady who was present on the second day she was a real help and made us feel at home.

Great clean space

A few mistakes by house keeping, no toilet paper top and took towels without replacement. staff however assisted when messaged on booking.com. A little far from where we would have liked after understanding Rome. Make sure this is the location for you.

The place is near the city centre, really convenient location. The price was reasonable. It was really clean and they cleaned the room every day. The room was really given thought to with lots of different lightings, stereo system. It was really comfortable to stay in. The access was really easy. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Really good place to stay if you go in Rome!

Very nice, clean rooms. Our host was lovely and was there within minutes if we needed something, or available via whatsapp for questions. Great location too, only a 10-15 min walk to attractions. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a guest house! Thank you for a perfect stay in Rome.
