Place's location is fantastic, you can walk and see every highlight places! You can enjoy being in Rome safely! The room is enough for alone guests, warm&cozy& comfy. Alessandro was perfect host and ready to respond every question. The room and enterence rules have been already arranged and easy to settle down. Highly recommended, I genuinely must say! The location was great, the room was big and more than enough for 3 people. There was a small hallway in the room so it was very spaceous. Wifi was good and the communication with the host was great.

The dust was not cleaned from everywere. A bit noise in the night but not a big problem.

It's just two rooms on the 2nd floor of no. 60, close to the Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican, and across the river from the old city - perfect. Plenty of eating places and mini markets nearby (wonderful pineapple sorbet at no. 20). The room overlooked a lightwell rather than the busy street, so was very quiet, and shutters and a memory foam bed made for a good night. Breakfast was a choice of croissants and pastries in packets, long-life juices and little jams in the fridge, coffee machine, kettle... If you want stars and staff, look for somewhere larger (although Alessandro offered his mobile number for help and advice). If you want quiet independence, it's just right.

Leaving after only two days!

It's a charming apartment in the best location. The room was very spacious. The host Alessandro was very helpful. Gave clear instructions and fetched us taxi.

Internet speed was very slow and it was disrupted multiple times. Had to unplug and plug back in.

Location was perfect and most museums and monuments were within walking distance (15-20 minutes). Also, many shops, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. The room was clean and spacious. Alessandro helped us and responded quickly to all our enquiries.

Nice place for staying in the heart of Rome I love everything

It’s a little bit old and the WiFi was not working

Great location, inner count yard so quiet except when other guests are coming in and out of the apartment.

Very dark, no light, washroom was clean but had a very strong odour of cabbage, room very small if you had a large suite no where to put, bed has thin mattress

Sadly it was a problem with the place so we stayed in the hotel in a very small room that we didnt like..
