The staff tried to accommodate us any way they could! They were fantastic!

Location, location, location. In a residential area. Even though we upgraded to a “premium room”, we did not get any benefits with the upgrade and we had to ask for more toilet paper on a couple of occasions. We were not told that the pool towels are each 30 Euros if not returned to front desk. We were not provided pool towels at check in. WiFi was not the best. The cost to get to and from Rome central really added a significant amount of money that we did not plan on spending. In 4 days we spent over 200Euros.

The hotel looks elegant, the room was very nice, relaxing mood lights, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in Rome. Fast checkin as well, that includes the ease of checking in late.

The gym was a bit small..awkward space for lifting weights. The Sunbeds… well weren’t really beds so could not rest feet, -not comfortable easily packed since pool’s a lot smaller than the pic-another comment was accurate about it not being proportional to the possible number of guests the hotel can accommodate. So it was strange having to wait to take turns in the pool to find a spot. 😅 some staff could be a bit more pleasant.

Good location just outside of a neat neighborhood with lots of shops and little restaurants along Via Marconi and its side streets. Easy to get downtown and airport by public transit and taxi. Staff are all great and very accommodating, providing excellent info on touring the City and transit. The bar staff are exceptional.

That you pay for everything here! It is recommended to have a complementary coffee/tea service in the lobby - a great way to promote Italian coffee and offer something to guests as an option to the 14 euro breakfast. The bathrooms require hooks and towel bars to hang toiletry bags, towels etc.

Well managed and maintained 4*+ hotel. Great, always helpful and professional personnel. The suite was spacious, well designed, practical and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Easy to get to/from the city by taxi for special price. Hotel arranged also shuttle from/to the airport for the reasonable price. Good restaurant on premises, nice rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast as an option, but we didn’t try. You can even play electronic games from 90ties for free :D.

Beds are not very comfortable :/. Pool can be crowded, depending on daytime. Nevertheless we enjoyed there afternoon with almost empty pool and few people in July. Location can be bit scary at night, but we had no problems at all and felt safe when returning to the hotel by foot late night. If you prefer electric scooter, there were few around the hotel available.

The staff were great, every single person working there was very warm, nice and welcoming. The waiters at breakfast also let you know when they're closing the buffet and they can make you coffee you can't get from the machine, like espresso. The beds were very comfortable, the room was the perfect size and there was plenty of counterspace in the bathroom. The bathtub was also pretty spacious and not only do they provide you with soap, showergel, shampoo and conditioner, but you get bodymilk too! And they all smell great. The breakfast had a decent selection, not big not small and the drinks we got from the bar were nice too.

The location is frankly not the best. It's too far from every major attraction to walk to in 35-40degree weather, so you have to pay for some sort of transport. With the taxi drivers striking every other day and busses coming at whatever time they want, we chose to use an app to rent electric bikes every day, because it seemed the most reliable and there's a nice bike road along the river. You can buy vouchers from the reception for taxis to take you to venice's square though. You also have to wear a swimmingcap to use the pool upstairs, which was very sandy and there were no chairs that would lie completely flat, so you can only sit and tan your frontside.

We loved the quiet neighborhood to have a restful sleep and proximity to transit to see all the sights of Rome. It was awesome to take a dip in the pool with a bar in the mid afternoon heat! Lots of friendly people. The breakfast was amazing

At first I was nervous of all the graffiti in the neighborhood but after staying in Rome a few days graffiti is everywhere and this is actually a very peaceful neighborhood.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with comfortable, modern rooms and the hotel hosts are very attentive and helpful.

The hotel location does not feel safe. The hotel faces an almost abandoned looking industrial area that we did not feel comfortable to walk back at night (we took taxis). During the day, it feels ok to walk towards the more residential and commercial area that is 2 blocks to the back of the hotel.

I was surprised when I got my room literally in front of the elevators and thought I was not going to sleep because it was going to be too noisy and busy but I even if of course you could hear people when they were being loud, it wasn’t too much of a problem and managed to sleep very well. Also the bathtub was HUGE and I really appreciate that! Overall it was very nice and clean and the restaurant had an amazing pizza, very flavourful with a very good dough!

The location is not the best if you want to be in Rome to do touristy things. You’ll have to get a taxi or a couple of buses to get anywhere near the centre. Also they need a credit card as a deposit but if you don’t have one they take cash deposits so you better have cash! The app didn’t work and if you want to order slippers or bathrobes you have to go downstairs to reception…

Room, location, breakfast, overall cleanliness, professionalism of the staff. At first glance the hotel is a bit far away from the city center. But in reality you can use public transportation, for example the bus Nr. 170 which takes you from/to Termini and city center. And the area itself is quiet and beautiful. You can also learn a little about the daily life of Italians.

Everything was fine.

It is SO rare to find a hotel with a pool in Rome and coming back from touring Rome to chill by the pool was incredible. Rooms were so clean and beautifully decorated. The shampoo conditioner and body milk were all really nice. The breakfast is buffet and was beautiful every morning! The air con saved us in the 38° heat every day also. There is a pretty little high street about ten minutes away, they have loads of shops, a supermarket, places to eat and a proper ice cream shop however please do remember that you are about a 20 minute drive rome the centre of Rome and ALL landmarks. You will need to pay for thst taxi, they can call you one into the centre of Rome for only €10 , but you will have to pay around €15-€20 to get back. There is a bus service which charges €1.50 to go into town. However, most people chose not to use it, preferring the simplicity of a taxi.

The cleaning staff didn't really take a hint when he left the sign on the outside of the door when we were in our room, however they were polite and friendly and did their jobs very well! ! The restaurant is okay, the food is tasty but please just don't. At least not every night. There are so many authentic Italian restaurants in rome, especially one about a 6 minute walk up the street which was amazing. Don't go to Rome and stay in your hotel to eat!! So much better when you venture out, trust us on this one!
