the pool was the main thing we booked this hotel and it did meet our expectations. the staff are helpful. although we had issue with aircon and sink, they did tried to mend it. pizza was excellent, gym was good, wide range of equipment

the tv wasn't working, the balcony is almost unusable due to bird poo, the sink wasn't draining well. the air-condition was poor, even the fridge is not cold. the location was a bit far out from the main town. the location was industrial, highway at the back and on going demolition to the front. this hotel could do with regular shuttle to and from city centre. there was housekeeper cleaning stuff left in our room on most days. the toiletries wast stocked up as on the day we arrive. ironing board wasn't put away for days, housekeepers too early to arrive and not came back.

Our stay at Rome Marriott Park Hotel was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Rosalba at the reception greeted us with warmth and kindness. Her empathy and solution-oriented approach made us feel truly welcomed. Rosalba's genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. One standout member of the team was Antonio, our waiter, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was unforgettable. Not only was he an excellent waiter, but he treated us and our son like old friends, always ready with a smile and a genuine interest in making our time special. His recommendations were spot-on, and his great energy lifted our spirits. We must also extend our gratitude to Cristian, who provided us with impeccable lunch recommendations and paired them with the perfect wine. His professionalism and elegance added an extra touch of class to our dining experience. Overall, our stay at Rome Marriott Park Hotel was great, not only due to the quality of the hotel itself but also because of the outstanding employees who embody professionalism, friendliness, and genuine kindness. We look forward to returning in the future.

Spacious clean room. Hotel has a good pool and is family friendly. good breakfast and helpful restaurant staff.

Hotel location is 25mn away from Rome city center, so you need to pay around 40-50 euros for each trip you make to the city center. Nothing to do in the Neighborhood, so you will rely most likely on deliveries or going outside the hotel. Staff at the reception were very slow. No one answers the rooms call to reception, so you need to go down to ask for anything. No airport shuttle service despite mentioning it in the booking website.

For travelers seeking convenience to and from the airport, this hotel is ideally located, albeit a bit removed from Rome's city center. A notable downside is the inconsistency in taxi fares, which can vary significantly. Additionally, the hotel often underestimates these costs, so guests should be prepared for potential surprises when budgeting for transportation.

For those considering this hotel, it's important to note that there are no conveniences nearby. Any amenities or attractions are at least a 20-minute journey away, making it less than ideal for those looking for easy access to local facilities.

Pool and facilities, great breakfast, comfortable bed, fridge, polite and helpful staff, offers tour bus to Trastevere at a reasonable fee which was much appreciated

no iron in room, no regular airport shuttle (only 1 a day @ 6:30 am), room temperature needed to be adjusted everyday, should offer shuttle bus to shopping center seeing that the hotel is situated in a remote location (I think many guests would pay a reasonable fee for the convenience)

The room is big and clean. The staff were friendly. They offer you a bus to the city center 15 euros per person round trip, 4 times a day.

The location is very far from the city center, if you want to go by taxi, it will cost you 50-60 euros just one way. And if you want to go by public transfer, you have to spend 1:30 hour by bus and train. I recommend to rent a car instead of that. The AC is old and it stop working at night sometimes.

The hotel was very nice, awesome pool area, very good energy around pool with bar & food. Bed comfortable & clean bathroom! Staff was great - let us check in at 10:30 AM.

One gentleman at the bar was not so nice- insulting when asked a question- pricey drinks & food selection not so great- mostly just pizza. This location was very far from everything, it’s up a hill so, you can’t walk to anything- your pretty much stuck at the hotel/ cab to downtown runs around 50-60 euros! We only stayed one day for this reason & checked out to a closer hotel near attractions.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, really good breakfast.

- Not well located to visit Rome. - Terribly slow and inefficient check in and check out process (we cued 45 min upon arrival with 5-6 people in front of us) - Ridiculous ways of handling dogs' costs and cost not communicated anywhere till checkin They charged 50 eur for extra dog cleaning, but we had 2 rooms and they did not even ask in which room the dog would be. So did not sound like a real extra cleaning.

The room was great but was a little cramped with a huge bed, table and 2 chairs plus a desk. The bath tub and shower were in separate rooms so that was great! My daughter needed a phone charger … a sweet girl at the front desk loaned us her personal charger. She totally saved us!

The parking attendant wouldn’t allow me to drive up to check in. We had to carry all our bags from the external parking lot, in the dark after driving 3 hours
