Beautiful spa at QC termemontebianco with different relaxation rooms and a decently sized pool. The QC Terme Pré Saint Didier are a 20-30 minute walk away and have even larger facilities with many pools and relaxation rooms guaranteeing a day of relaxation. Breakfast at QC termemontebianco hotel offered a lovely selection food items - from cereals, to cold cuts and american style breakfast Rooms offer a lovely view and come equipped with a Nespresso machine and a Dyson hairdryer!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit at QC termemontebianco.

The breakfast was wonderful with great selection and even had GF options. Spa/Pool was fantastic and much nicer when less crowded. We very much enjoyed all of the different experiences you could have in the spa. The room (corner) was spacious partly because it was a wheel chair accessible space. Very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and trees waking up in the morning. It was a bit to cold to sit outside/enjoy the porch fully. The in room toiletries were a treat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom felt a bit dated with shower quite small due to it being a handicapped space. We found the dinner menu a bit restrictive in terms of selection of foods offered. Car parking was a bit of a challenge. The spaces up top and even in the garage are very small spaces.

The spa, the decoration and atmosphere at reception, the restaurant in the evening. The efficient reception staff that corrected the invoice (One additional night was charged by mistake).

The staff at the spa that kicked us you out in a very rude and unpolite manner at 8.00 pm !!! While the spa closes at 9.00 pm and we were hotel guests planning to shower in our rooms. Both evenings we got pushed out in an unfriendly way. First evening at 8:25pm and next evening even earlier at 8:00pm !!! It kills the purpose of enjoying this wonderful place and relaxing fully. Disappointing:-( Breakfast was not amazing, not home made products, fruits not fresh I expected more healthy food and more choice for such place. The pancakes and waffles are simply horrible.

The hotel is positioned in a great location overlooking Monte bianco. The SpA is great and the hotel restaurant is also really good. We loved breakfast and dinner with healthy local products.

The elevators needs to be upgraded to something more modern as they are both really slow and bumpy. I also didn't like the fact that you only have access to the side you go out from. Our room was too small with no space for the luggage and also needs and overall refurbishment. I also didn't like the sun beds lacking a support for your head, making it uncomfortable for long time use / reading.

The spa was excellent, the room was clean and crisp. all the ammenedies were a surprise and a plus! We were so close to everything and the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was the all time best part of the entire stay!

Honestly, the fact that getting a taxi to Courmayeur was impossible was the only negative aspect of the entire trip. I wish you had a taxi on call for something like that. we waited about 30min before they told us that they couldnt find a taxi.

The Spa area with the indoor pool flowing to the outside was great. Many other saunas, baths and relaxation areas were spread out. Very nice, comfortable and secluded. Breakfast was very good and the indoor parking was very useful, although not huge.

Excellent (more then excellent) breakfast at the QC Terme - overnight guests have access to breakfast and inclusive access to the spa which is amazing with multiple relaxing rooms and large indoor and outdoor hot tub (it does get crowded with external day guests but nothing too bad)

Not enough loungers by the hot tub area and the spa can get crowded with external day guests - they should limit / control the numbers during peak hours of the day.

Nice staff, loved the spa and the massages.

Room is quite small. Poor value for money regarding the food : - Breakast pread : ok - Dinner : definitely not worth the price. Little serves with food that is not really good. Better go have dinner in Courmayeur than at the hotel.

The hot spring area is well designed and very comfortable. The beer at dinner was delicious.

There are no attendants in the spa, and you can't book massage services at all. The breakfast is cold and the food is average. Dinner was not good.

​The hotel is a 4 star, however it has some things that most of the 5 stars don 't have, like the toiletries pack which is one of the best I've got. ​The SPA is very good and very well designed. The hotel also offers a welcome cocktail at the spa one the day you arrive. All the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms have a balcony with a mountain view. The beds are comfortable. ​The breakfast is a 5 star breakfast, you also have the chance to pack some things from it, the hotel even supplies you with a paper bag for you to take it away. ​
