Fantastic hotel, really, with a lovely balcony with a sea view, with a bit of a crane of the neck that I wasn't expecting! Really easy check-in experience, along with the keyless entries into the apartment block. Comfortable beds and a kitchen for all your needs. I only stayed for the one night, and being so close to town made for a good day in Salerno.

I mean, the only real thing was the room needed perhaps a bit more maintenance doing to it, with a couple of fixtures a little bit loose, but all in all, there was nothing really of note that comes to mind that was a problem with this hotel. Perhaps more selections of teas in the kitchen would have helped, but that could just be as a British person who loves my tea. I did get a little confused on the city tax as Booking.com said it was 2 euros, but in reception it said 1.5 with some out-of-date dates on it, but I paid my 2 euros and it wasn't an issue.

In short: Easy check in Helpful staff Very good location Cozy and comfortable room and common spaces In details; I stayed in the room for two days, I was a solo traveller. From the rooms you can reach the station on foot in 10 min walk. From the station you can go by train to Napoli, Pompei... and also by ferry to Amalfi, citera, Positano.. so for me it was a perfect location. I had some worris since I was travelling alone, but the I see that the hospitality is in a residential unit and the street is full of people and bars and the most important that the staff was extremly helpful and understading. I booked a room for me but the room had enough space for three poeple, one double and one single bed. However, I think it is better for only two poeple. The room was tidy and clean and it has everything I needed: a private bathroom, a closet, a table, a chair, a private balcony, a TV and a hair dryer. There is a common small kitchen and a common space with two nice small tables. I recommend it, and I will book in 360 hositality next time I am in Salerno.

I have only positive comments!

Absolutely everything was amazing. To start from the beginning, the host proactively contacted me, although the unit has self check-in. I saw some people complaining about the system they use for checkin, but for me it went very smoothly. Then getting to the accommodation, the location is perfect very close to the train station, to the main streets and to the sea. It has a very cozy look with a lot of common spaces and even a kitchen that the guests can use. Then the room looks great, modern and clean. And with an amazing balcony with partial view to the sea. I don't think it can get better for this price range.

The bed was a bit squeaky but nothing major

The bed was super comfy. Shower had good water pressure and temperature. The balcony was a great space to sit with a small view of the beach. Overall it was a great room in an awesome location.

There was a light above the bed that wouldn’t turn off which meant the room was slightly lit up the entire night. It was a bit noisy with neighbours and the street so close. Could do with some better signage at the main door off the street.

– the hostel is managed very digitally ... I didn't see any employees, but they react very quickly and flexibly to every message – earlier check-in / leaving my luggage was possible very flexibly, too – the rooms are incredibly nice with huge, comfy beds, several towels, good wifi, very well equipped bathrooms – the location is very good, too

– as there are no dorms, this might not be the best place if you want to meet other guests

The most comfortable bed we had in Italy. I wasn't a fan of the brightness in the room all night. But it was great to have hot water for the entirety of a shower! Was also nice to have a kitchen with a fridge and microwave for food if we needed. The location was outstanding, but the courtyard left a lot to be desired. Was nice and close for walking from the ferry and then to the train station.lots of food and shopping options and picturesque streets to explore. Great value for the money in our opinion. Would book again.

Air-conditioning, which was needed with such hot weather. There is a kitchen area, which we did not use, but would be very useful. Provided with ample towels. Lots of space in the balcony area. Shutters were great. Plug sockets close to the bed. Right beside main shopping area. Also right beside the boardwalk

Some of the floorboards were wobbly, both in the bedroom and the bathroom.

Apartment is an excellent localisation,offering great accomodation for the price. Situated in a quite area,it is still conveniently close to the shop, beach, ship port etc. The bed was very comfatable. The rental host was very kind. We were thoroughly satiesfied with our stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a nice view of the sea (as seen in other pictures) and the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as well, it is very central and a short 10-15 minute walk from the main station. I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately the sink in my bathroom was leaking. I didn't notice it until the next morning when I saw water on the floor and discovered there was a plastic bowl to catch the dripping water. I had to empty the bowl every morning in order to keep the floor dry. This was a minor issue that can be fixed quickly however. Also, the vending machine took my money and didn't dispense any water, even though it said it was functioning. I didn't receive any money back either.

the property is right on the city centre. you have the main shop street just by the corner . there are a lot of restaurants and attractions to visit. the place is close to one of the port and the train station.

We thought that the place was a B&B, but it isn’t. However, there is an small place where you can seat and bring your own take away if you want and you have a kitchen available. there is a small fridge in the room which give you more privacy, but you can still use the big fridge in the kitchen. I’m very surprise about the place and the location. definitely, I will recommend the place.
