A clean room in a historic building, in the centre of town and close to everything. The owner communicates very well, with prompt information - very helpful at last minute, when we booked Lavilletta after finding out that our initial accommodation elsewhere had been cancelled without letting us know. The owner has an arrangement with a car park round the corner, which is a godsend in a town with tricky parking. Great air con, free WiFi. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

The room needs a bit of TLC in places - the door jamb amd door handle were loose, some tiles chipped (though these looked like quite old original ones, so also a feature of the building). Minor things all in all!

Very close to the Center and to the Port, we arrived a little late, at 9:00 PM, and Xenia (the host), arranged to be checked in by her colleague, Celeste. The location was easy to find, thanks to the provided directions. A surprise for us was that we received everyday a bottle of fresh water. The accommodation consists of an apartment with individual rooms that are rented, it's at the 4th floor, and there's an elevator. The room was very nice, just like the photos.

It smelled a bit of mould, also the pillow covers, and in the wardrobe.

Fantastic location in Salerno. 5 minute walk to Train Station. 10 minute walk to Ferry Port or Bus Station. Very convenient to do trips from here to Pompeii, Vesuvious, Amalfi Coast, etc. And leave some time for Salerno. Climb up to Castle Arechi for the views. Walk along the Lungomare (seafront) and then walk the nearby streets for food, drink and the Duomo.

The location was ideas, right in the center of Salerno, close to bus, train stations and right next to the main district and old town. The room was cleaned daily, and the owner was welcoming, and served us with whatever we needed. I really recommend this place

Nice apartment on 4th floor, there is an elevator. :-). It was clean. Local host met us and we communicated by Google translate. Nice location for restaurants and ferry, (Al Dente restaurant). Tutto Bene.

Apparently if you don't take the breakfast option they go to the trouble of removing the kettle and coffee maker from the room. After noticing we messaged the host, it wasn't convenient to supply till next day. So for the first time in memory we went without our morning cuppa. We are a retired couple and travel, a lot, this is a 4 month trip, never come across such meanness.

Room was very clean and with working air conditioning - it did exactly what it promised. Also the owner and helper were very nice and helpful with local advice and directions! The bed was really comfortable and sheets were changed mid week

The breakfast was only there the first day - not a massive issue as there are lots of nice coffee shops within minutes of the apartment. The fridge in the room was noisy but I didn't need it so switched it off

Loved the location and the room was great, excellent shower, electric heater useful, fridge and coffee machine great.

Breakfast wasn’t to both of our tastes- though combined with some of our own purchased options to make it work for us

Convenient location, clean room with a nice design in a secure house with an elevator. The room isn't very big, but certainly enough for a couple. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Easy and friendly communication with the staff.

Near a busy street, so if you're a light sleeper, the sounds may bother you. Also, although there was a fridge, a kettle/coffee maker was not provided.

Xenia and Celeste were super kind and helpful, every day room cleaning, comfy bed, the AC is good, bus stop to Amalfi and beach are near the apartment

The fridge is pretty noisy, your nose will touch the wall while siting on toilet

Location near train station and waterfront . Such pleasant rooms. Lift.plenty of fresh milk and juices and fresh coffee. Room serviced every day. Fresh towels after 2 days
