Carmine and Giuseppe were the loveliest hosts we could have asked for. They were very fast with communicating via whatsapp and checked with us every day about breakfast the following day (we had breakfast everyday as it was great value for money and delicious) They were both very attentive and helpful giving us lots of recommendations on places nearby to visit and transport. The room and bathroom was also extremely clean and new - we requested to stay in 'Paestum' room as this had 2 balconies. Location was also amazing as it was very close to the centre of town, the port for boats along the coast and the train/bus station.

The only small thing was the shower temp constantly changing between hot and cold. Also quite loud at night with cars and loud bikes driving past despite not being on a main road - but this would probably be the case on any street.

The place is nice and clean.

Unfortunately the owner was difficult to reach when we arrived. In vain the phones and the internet message. Despite the fact that we wrote down the expected time of arrival on the way. we were stuck on the street for more than half an hour with nine luggage. The designated parking is expensive and horrible. they sell one space for several cars.The information regarding the parking is incomplete and misleading. In fact, there is no parking. The contact information of the owner is random.

Excellent place, clean, comfortable, central location on quiet-ish side street, reasonably well sound proofed, acceptable price for area, with good wifi. Carmine is a great innkeeper, cheerful, helpful, unobtrusive, provided highlighted map of area and some good restaurant suggestions. Breakfast (extra cost) is worth it, comprehensive, tasty, sufficient quantity, and he makes good coffee.

No real issues. The AC was a bit too agressive for May temperatures, but I can see appreciating that in full summer.

The owner was helpful at all times. For example, on arrival, he ran through a map of the local area, highlighting places to visit and eat and suggesting tours, including providing a list of the boat timetables along the Amalfi coast. When we needed a taxi, he arranged it and check-in/out was made simple.

No problems, just some rain which the owner had no control over!

Everything went well. Great location within walking distance of train station, historical city centre, seaside walk, etc. Convenient travel hub to Amalfi Coast and Cilento. Grocery store around the corner and gelato on the next block! Exceptionally clean accommodation, diverse options for breakfast, very friendly helpful owners.

The beds were a little hard, but that's likely just in comparison to what we are used to.

We had a fantastic time in a rented apartment in the center of Salerno, Italy, during our recent vacation. The location of the apartment was perfect – just a short walk from the lively part of the city, allowing us to easily explore local attractions, enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, and even shop for souvenirs etc. The apartment was impeccably clean, with elegant furnishings and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, always ready to help with recommendations or answer any questions we might have about the area. Overall, our stay in this property in Salerno was truly wonderful. Its convenient location, combined with the warm hospitality of the host and comfortable facilities, turned this experience into an unforgettable memory. I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Salerno and looking for a reliable place to stay.

The property is central just off the main shopping street, it’s on the first floor and has modern elevator. We had a corner room so there were 2 nice balcony to hang your wet clothes or just stand to enjoy the sun.

The table is small so not enough space for all my stuff. We wish they would equip some balcony furniture to sit out and a coffee machine would be a nice touch.

ideal accommodation situated in Salerno and close to the main shops and restaurants . Guisepe and Carmine were very helpful and flexible in respect of when we chose to have breakfast . Some days we needed to be out early so missed breakfast . Communication with Carmine and Guisepe was excellent . We were able to tell them the previous afternoon via What app if we required breakfast the following day . The breakfast was excellent value . The room was clean and tidy and towels changed daily . The accommodation was perfect for ourselves as we were out the majority of the day and proved to be a great base for sightseeing .

There was nothing we did not like .

Excellent location, located in the city center, 10 minutes from the train station. Room Comfortable bed, daily cleaning, towels changed daily, tasty and plentiful continental breakfast. Welcoming and kind hosts. Carmine gave us all the information we needed to make our trip and vacation more beautiful. I thank him ! We will definitely return to this location!

Very hospitable. Clean. The ease of $5 breakfast was well worth it. Sweet or salty Salty was egg, yogurt, meat, cheese, fruit bread , one sweet, coffee, juice & water. Close to train , promenade, ferry dock & market is 15 steps away. Kettle in room. Across from UPS/Post office (good landmark). It is in a building, on a main street; street noise is expected. Brothers are very nice and helpful (not proficient in English, Google translate & WhatsApp).

Shower was a bit funky with water or could have been I didn't let it run long enough (kinda went hot/cold/hot/cold). I couldn't figure out how to use towel warmer. Brothers were super nice, but if you encountered a real problem, it might be challenging with language.
