The hotel location is perfect. It is situated in the heart of Salerno city center. Super close to the train station and ferry station where you take the boat to amalfi and positano. Hotel is overall comfortable and clean. This is by far the best hotel you can find in Salerno. Staff was overall friendly except one man at the reception desk who was very rude. (Usually is there at night)

Great location from the main train station and ferries! Perfect to walk to the bus, also, and along the avenue by the sea! The room was good, clean, with an agreable balcony, great beds, good shower ( but there was no handle shower…) , bathroom needed some small renovation details ; staff was quite friendly, breakfast was ok ( a great lemon cake), but the fruit was scarse, maybe a fruit salad would be great; overall it is a good place to stay in Salerno, we like it a lot!

We had to go to the ferries early in the morning, so had to take breakfast at 7:00am, the hour it was suposed to open the breakfast! and at 7:15 things were not ready yet, só it was a bit bad organization ( on the 22 May)

Great location between the station and the charming main square. There are lots of eating options close to the hotel. Proximity to trains, ferries and buses make it a great base for exploring the Amalfi and Naples area. The road works outside are a bit disruptive but will provide lovely new paving and improved access when complete. The work is imperceptible inside the hotel. The room we had was spacious and well designed with plenty of storage and useable space. The bed was comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with excellent choice. Over the weekend great coffee was made on request. This is a very nice touch.

We liked everything but provision of proper cups in the room alongside the kettle would be much nicer and more environmentally sustainable than paper cups.

This hotel was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and bright room. Hotel was in the perfect location, just a 10 min walk from the train station and the ferries. The Lungomare (waterfront) was just two blocks away. Hotel is on a main commercial street so close to everything you might need. The room was spacious, great A/C, well set up, bright/sunny, great storage, great size full private bathroom inside the room. The hotel setting was nice, had a good elevator, staff at reception all the time, full breakfast daily, nice lobby/lounge areas. Such a comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again.

All the staff were friendly and willing to help with information. Some of the staff could have been better informed about the tourist information for the area.

The staff were amazing and the room allocated to us was the best in the house. It made our stay most memorable. The reception staff did everything possible to assist with directions and late checkout etc. Definitely underrated hotel and one to stay at if you’re in Salerno.

Nothing really. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the bar fridge in the room as it didn’t keep anything cold enough and perhaps offer fresh sliced fruit for breakfast rather than wash and peel your own. Otherwise it was excellent.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in almost 2 hours early which was very much appreciated :) The room was large and clean, and included a kettle and fridge which were useful. Breakfast was nice, and included fresh fruit and sliced tomato/cucumber as well as the usual bread, cheese, meats and cake. Non-dairy milk (i saw oat and soya, there may have been others) was available at breakfast on request. The shower in the room was powerful and hot. Air conditioning was available and effective (note you have to ask reception to switch on the air conditioning for the room, but there is no extra fee). Terrace was huge! We stayed at a weekend so the roadworks outside were not in operation, but i suppose they may be a bit noisy during the week. Location was great, only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal and train station, and on a pleasant shopping street, plenty of bars and restaurants a short stroll away.

The location was very convienient for the sea and the town. The room was quiet, even on the eve of the annual San Matteo celebration. The bed was super confortable. The people working there were friendly.

No Parking, but the parking on the street was doable. The control for the air-conditioning was hard to understand, or too hard for me. It was running or not running so sometimes the room was cold (September). We opened the window for relief, which according to the staff, shuts the AC automatically.

Centrally located property in Salerno with shops, restaurants and sights nearby. Wonderfully varied full breakfast. Basic but very comfortable room. Single bed was larger than expected and very comfortable.

The street in front of the hotel is under heavy construction so the street is fenced off and sidewalk is narrow and difficult to manage with bags. There’s a good amount of street noise in the evening due to the central location, but the windows muted most of it.

Great room in a great location. Close to all the restaurants, shops, ferry, and train. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is the shower in our room was the smallest I have ever seen. I'm 5 ft to and 130 lbs and felt it hard to get in and out. Guessing the bigger rooms may have a little bigger shower? If you are a bigger person, you may want to check ahead. Room was a decent size. I would stay again for a short stay. We were tired from a long travel and stayed one night before catching ferry next day.

It would have been helpful, previous to our arrival, to be informed that the streets around the hotel were impassable due to construction. Also, that the night of our arrival was part of an annual festival when streets were packed and taxi’s were unavailable. Walking through narrow, constricted sidewalks dragging suitcases through crowds from the train station to the hotel was no pleasure.
