Owners are lovely. Food delicious. Room was fairly basic but comfortable bed and very clean. Rooms are sound proofed which makes for a good nights sleep.Ok for one night on our way to the lake. Reasonably priced.

Although it looks out on a small vineyard which is nice there is also a very visible busy main road just beyond and the autostrader (motorway) virtually runs over the top of the B&B. There is also a trainline running by very close as well. It's a shame because they can't help where they are located and they do their very best to make sure your stay is a good one but if I had checked the location more thoroughly before booking I wouldn't have stayed here.

We love Albergo Trattoria Italia. The service is very good. The rooms are good and clean. The restaurant had a wide choice of dishes in the menu, it’s a safe place and the workers are always helpful. we’re looking forward for going there again! It was a Nice experience!

There are no blinds on the windows

Staff very helpfull, even when I needed help while they were not in the location. Room size, cleanliness and furniture are very good. Parking lot with structure to charge electric cars.

Elevator very small, and it is the only way to the rooms when reception is closed. Not a big issue, but something that bother a little bit when you are in a big group of people and need to wait 3 trips to make everybody get to your room.

The staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good especially if you prefer to eat something sweet as there were plenty of options for cakes and croissants.

In the room there is a system to activate an alarm in case of emergency. Which is good. However, it has a small green led light which may be disturbing for those who need full dark to sleep well.

A very good hotel. Good positioning for Gardaland. Relatively ok breakfast, generous parking, helpful staff. Good food in restaurant. Excellent price-quality ratio. Pleasant rooms, with a very large bathroom. Gardaland - an extraordinary amusement park.

Complicated internet access system. Air conditioning dependent on the acees card. Surprisingly slow elevator.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was a really good size and was spotless on arrival. The room was also made up on a daily basis which after traveling round Italy for 2 weeks was a luxury. We had eaten in a lot of places in Italy prior to our stay and yet the food served for dinner at the restaurant on site was the best food we had the entire trip. Another massive plus was the staff…from the owner who I tortured by WhatsApp when I couldn’t find out how to get to the accommodation, he helped settle my nerves and offered advice. The staff we met on a daily basis as well were outstanding and really helped make our stay amazing and memorable.

The location…. Although it’s only about 6.5k out from the lake this is a massive cost in taxis but again after harassing the owner by WhatsApp we were able to find and use the local bus which was a massive money saver!! It just took a little longer to get places but in the end we enjoyed the bus trip in and seen parts of lake garda we wouldn’t have seen. Every cloud has a silver lining!!

The property exceeded my expectations for the cost. The host is gracious and there is a restaurant at the property with very good food.

The location was not as convenient t to the city if Desenzano. I didn’t look at the map closely before booking.

Very nice and friendly staff with good breakfast. 5 minute to Sirmione by car. It is a really good location for the money.

It’s in a challenging location, but it is not a show stopper.
