The view from the hotel is great, the staff was very friendly and informative, and the breakfast was really nice.

The location made getting around very tough. It's located midway between Sorrento and Positano, but the shuttle only goes to Sorrento. If you wanted to go to Positano, you had to shuttle to Sorrento, then back track on the local bus, or hope that it stopped for you on the way (which is most often doesn't). The first shuttle also doesn't go until 8AM. We had an early train to catch, which meant our only options were to either take a very expensive taxi or drop our bags in town the night before and hike down the mountain. The beds were also quite stiff and the pool closes very early.

Views were so good. Girls at the reception were in high level. Nice pool, comfortable shuttle bus with nice driver. Food was good. Nice pool snack bar.

Room was small and outdated, no shops and restaurants near. No place for walking. Road near. Too load. Smoking allowed on balcony.

Views were stunning both during the day and at night. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Free shuttle service provided multiple times during the morning and evening to the main town for guests to use. Never had a problem booking this. Pool area was clean and never an issue with sunbeds being available. Small restaurant onsite provided snacks throughout the day and delicious pizzas in the evening! Breakfast was pleasant, plenty of fresh options available every day. Rooms cleaned daily. We booked tours via the hotel before we travelled and all tours were perfect the driver luigi was very professional Sian from the restaurant/bar was the perfect host throughout our stay Thankyou both.

Pool was too cold even though we stayed in August! We stayed on level one and unfortunately our shower didn’t have hot water throughout our stay guests that stayed on the upper level said their water was hot though? Shower Curtain too small to cover the full length of the bath but not major.

The views from the pool area are stunning. The staff is very warm and friendly. The breakfast spread is lovely and they can prepare extra items on request as well. My daughter loved the pool and I was able to order a drink from the pool area bar. Seating areas surrounding the pool are nice for day or night, to enjoy the view! There is a hidden gem of a restaurant with spectacular grounds and views that we were blown away by… just down the road on the curve.

If I had to mention one thing it would be the air conditioning and not being able to adjust it. We woke up hot in the middle of the night sometimes and it appeared the AC would just automatically shut off. But once turned on again, it was fine.

The location was amazing!! Very relaxing vacation for us!! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the views were spectacular, the bar staff were friendly, the pool area was relaxing and a fun way to spend the afternoon away from the hustle/bustle of the town. It was nice that breakfast was included when booking our stay and there was much food to choose from at the buffet breakfast.

The breakfast food quality was okay. If not taking advantage of the free hotel shuttle, the bus system can be tricky to navigate and taxis are quite expensive (which the hotel staff will let you know upfront)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The shuttle to Sorrento was a useful service and always on time. The nearby restaurant which the hotel advertises was excellent and had great views.

The tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom had no milk supplied. There were no parasols by the sunloungers. There was a busy road immediately outside the front of the hotel so it meant that if you sat on the balcony it was very noisy. I didn't see any guests sat on balconies whilst I was there.

Staff was very helpful and responsive with travel planning in advance and during the stay (including English-speaking front-desk staff). Free shuttle service (with advance reservation) to access the city and restaurants/shopping in Sorrento, but primarily at scheduled morning/evening times. Parking or pickup outside of scheduled shuttle times were both available with advance reservation for an additional cost. Great view of Sorrento & ocean from some rooms and pool/restaurant areas.

Property was farther from the city than we expected, which provided a great view, but room was right next to the road (loud at times) with few other affordable options for travel to restaurants without a car, other than the hotel shuttle service, which was free and comfortable but takes 20-30 minutes each way.

The hotel was super cozy! We loved the staff, the property was super nice! The room was quite unique! Kind’a modern! It had a great balcony too! Luigi, the shuttle driver, was amazing! He helped us to get around Sorrento, and was so friendly!

The air conditioning had an auto off system that made us a bit uncomfortable for a couple of nights till we figured that this could be by passed by the staff. We were good then! And, one night, the hot water wasn’t coming in to the room! It was fixed only the next morning.

This property was beautiful! The views of the bay of Naples were stunning! The staff were all so kind and gracious… Angela, the property owner, along with Thomas, Giuliano, Olena, Giuseppe, Stefano and everyone else there were so helpful and accommodating. After our five day stay, the staff all felt like family. The food was great, and the property was very clean. All in all, an amazing experience at Hotel Prestige.
