My husband and I had a truly wonderful time at Maison Bon Bon. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicated with us so well throughout our stay. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this hotel is an excellent choice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start the day! For transportation to Sorrento downtown, I recommend taking a taxi, Uber, or utilizing the convenient transportation service offered by the staff. While it's possible to walk, the distance is approximately 30 minutes.

Great location. The property is gorgeous and the views are incredible. The breakfast in the morning was really excellent and the staff was great.

Its far from downtown and to call a cab is challenging. The cabs also charge a lot but if youre capable of walking about 20min, you can walk downhill into town and take a cab back.

The location is superb in the hills overlooking Sorrento and the bay. The staff at this family run B&B are EXCEPTIONAL - nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation is spotless; rooms are spacious and well equipped - fantastic shower in room 15, with a great view of the garden and hills! Breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh pastries as well as meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fruit. Pre-packed bread/biscottes/croissants are available for GF diets and scrambled eggs/omelettes are also on offer.

A car would be preferable unless you enjoy walking and are fairly fit. It's a good 20 minute walk in to town down quite steep paths - down is fine - up was a challenge but it is a lovely walk through the small streets and lemon groves.

The hotel was stunning with beautiful views over Sorrento and a yummy breakfast in the mornings. However, it was the staff that made our stay unforgettable! The hotel is run by a kind and friendly family who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay and they even offered us a lift to the train station when we were stuck. I couldn't recommend Maison Bon Bon enough, thank you so much!

We didn't mind the walk, however it is worth noting that the Sorrento centre is about 25 minutes walk up/downhill. Worth it either way as it's a pretty walk and there are plenty of taxis available.

We loved the property. Beautiful location with a view of Sorrento. The room was spacious and modern. We were very comfortable the entire time. Breakfast was great and had a good variety. The staff was extremely helpful with us each day. Appreciated the staff a ton.

This has nothing to do with the property but we would just recommend you have a rental/vehicle if you stay at the hotel. We would have to plan around the local shuttle (which ends at 6:30) or have to pay 30€ to go up in taxi. Other than that, we have no complaints about the property itself.

A Hidden Gem in Sorrento – Pure Hospitality! Maison Bon Bon was one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. From the moment we arrived, we felt not like guests, but like friends being welcomed home. The property is beautifully kept, quiet, and perfectly located – close enough to everything, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the little details that show care and attention. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile – whether it was advice on places to visit, restaurant bookings, or just a kind word in the morning. You can feel they genuinely care. Quiet location so very calm and relaxing. Beautiful setting, overlooking lemon trees and the Bay of Naples. We ate breakfast outside every day except one, enjoying the fabulous view. Good nights sleep - very comfortable super king sized bed. Friendly and welcoming Reception staff who were really helpful at passing on information about the local area - recommendations for beaches, restaurants, bus timetables and location of bus stops etc. Fabulous breakfast spread every morning from Margherita - lots of variety, including many homemade savoury and sweet baked dishes. Cleaning of a high standard - even when we stayed in our room until 3pm one day due to poor weather, our room was cleaned whilst we were out.

Not as close to central Sorrento as expected. We used the local bus but the buses do not run very frequently and the last bus from Sorrento in the evening is at 18.30. We walked via a short-cut which took us 30 minutes downhill, a bit longer going back as it is very steep uphill on the return.

The property, facilities and the team of staff are the perfect complement, contributing to a lovely, relaxing stay. We felt so welcomed and were greeted by a smile each and every time. Our requests and questions were dealt with so promptly. The design and style of the hotel is impeccable and and cleanliness is assured, getting home in the evening feels like a treat. Breakfast is pleasant and the views are simply beautiful, it alone makes the small sacrifice of it's hillside location all worth it. In summary, a joy to stay at.

I think the main gated entrance could benefit from having a key fob from inside the gate, to make leaving a little bit easier... But a small suggestion albeit

The property is very modern with an Italian villa feel. Beautiful views in the back and spacious rooms and bathrooms to make yourself comfortable at the end of a big day exploring. Very clean. There is the best restaurant in Sorrento at the back of the property up the hill, highly recommend. The staff at Maison Bon Bon were wonderfully helpful.

Nothing. The property itself is fantastic however I would say it’s a 20 minute walk down and a 40minuet walk up from the centre of town. In August 38 degree heat even for us (fit couple in 20’s) it was not ideal and would recommend a Vespa or be very aware of the shuttle limitations

The property looks amazing, modern and spacious room. I had two bookings but they kindly upgraded me to double room with sea view for my 3 day stay without extra cost. Breakfast buffet had great selection, there’s a nice lady that makes the coffee and can make you an omelette or scrambled eggs. There’s in house bake goods, good selection of milk, fresh fruits cut up, cold meat slices and cheese. Property offers an amazing view of the coast. I booked the property to relax for the my last few days in Sorrento and I don’t regret it. Actually wished I stayed here for longer.

Wifi drops off a bit. This place is a 20mins walk to the centre down hill haha uphill is another story (expected given the location).
