The rooms were very clean, the fridge was nicely stocked for our arrival. The bed was very comfortable! We really appreciated the shuttle bus up and down from the house! The location was great, we had a nice view of the hills and the sun going down behind them

Our stay at Eterea was so comfortable, the room was big and very clean. The hot tub was amazing! Peppoen was brilliant, very accommodating and friendly. He was always on hand for any questions we had and was a great help. In the room, there was a fridge stocked with complimentary water/juice and some light snacks. The view was also fabulous. There was a free shuttle bus on hand to take us down to the town and back home which was a great touch. We can’t fault our stay here, they even left a wine and chocolates for us to celebrate our honeymoon. We would recommend this place to everyone.

The host Peppone was wonderful and very helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean with a terrace overlooking the mountains. Transportation to Sorrento was very convenient (property provides shuttle bus to the city). We had a washing machine which was a huge help. The bed was comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful attitude. We recommend.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. They were going the extra mile every time to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The location is an adventure as you can't reach the property by car and you have to take shuttles which makes it even more fun! The location is close to everything. The suite is cozy and the spa is a nice bonus! The view is amazing. Hint, there's a pool coming up!

Dogs barking all night. Not during daytime. So if you're a light sleeper, not good. The pictures make it look like there's a terrace but it's only for the top suite. It's a private terrace. The sofa bed is twin, not full. Wine glasses would be a nice touch.

Peppone was the most brilliant host. He really looked after me (I have some mobility issues), far beyond his actual job, and was available on whats app constantly, to answer questions and be helpful. My stay would have not worked without him. The location is uphill (very steep in one case for a short amount of time) and relatively traffic free, so perfect for me. I did walk down once. The aircon worked well, and it was clean. They made a bed up downstairs to make it easier for me. Loads of fresh lemons available. 😀

There was nothing I didn't like. There was a slight amount of damp in my ground floor room but this wasn't a problem, just unsightful.

The private terrace with sun loungers and jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view over looking Sorrento was stunning! The room had a small fridge which was kept well stocked with water, juice, milk etc and there was a complimentary continental breakfast. There was also a kettle and coffee machine. The bed was large and very comfortable , and the room was kept spotlessly clean. The room was around a 10-15 minute walk from Sorrento up a hill which is very narrow, however there is a free shuttle bus which takes you back and to. You need to book this but it’s a really quick message to Peppone and it’s all arranged and there within minutes. Peppone is very friendly and an excellent host, he kept in touch throughout our stay and he really looked after us!

Nothing - it was great!

The space was very roomy; kitchen was very well stocked, bathroom was spacious & clean. This stay was at the midpoint of our 3 week trip to Europe so being in a space larger than a hotel room and having access to washer was perfect. We didn't expect housekeeping services during our stay, but having the trash removed, bathroom cleaned and getting fresh towels was a nice surprise. Shuttle to/from the space was convenient & readily available when we needed it (just note service ends between 10pm-12am). From the shuttle stop, it was easy to walk to the train station, main piazza, shopping & restaurants. Peppone (property manager) was very responsive on WhatsApp and was able to quickly help with booking excursions, airport transfers, etc.

The only negative was that the hot tub was not as hot as we're used to (but I found that to be the same in other properties we stayed at in Europe).

The property is set up away from the centre so is lovely and quiet. The room was good and the bed very comfortable. The terrace was big enough with two sun beds and a table/chairs. The breakfast and fridge were restocked daily with coffee, tea, water, milk, ham, cheese, croissant type bread, apricot slices, jam, Nutella etc. There is a very reliable shuttle service to town and back from 8 till 12 and 16:00 till Midnight. You just WhatsApp Peppone and give him 15 minutes notice. It takes minutes to get into town. We did walk a couple of times and it’s fine. Peppone messages you a week before your stay so it’s really helpful if you have any questions. He’s a great host and made our trip very enjoyable.

There was no WiFi at the property. Apart from that it was fabulous.

The quiet tucked away area makes for peaceful mornings and serene evening. With a beautiful view of the sunset to boot and a super comfy bed. Peppone is also one of the BEST hosts you could ever find. He was communicative and friendly and sent along a bunch of super helpful area information a day before our stay. He went above and beyond when we needed extra assistance due to unexpected illness and the provided shuttle to and from Sorrento was a big plus. We like to walk when we travel and gladly walked downtown in the mornings but after being out on the town all day, knowing a shuttle is just a text away is a welcomed luxury. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth it!

Had the most amazing stay for the week at Eterea! Peppone was the best host - friendly, welcoming and so accommodating all week - he helped organise transport, boat trips, Vespa rental and a gorgeous restaurant dinner in Sorrento one night. The location is ideal to use as a base if you’re travelling around the Amalfi Coast. The shuttle service run from town directly to apartments is so convenient (and free, bonus!) Room was super clean, had everything we needed and the jacuzzi was a great extra touch. Would 100% recommend! Thank you Peppone!
