I really enjoyed my stay at Lemon Flats. The property is located up on a hill, which means it’s a bit distant from the town center and the road down is quite narrow — but on the other hand, the elevated location offers a beautiful view. The shuttle service is almost always available, so getting around is easy. Salvatore is incredibly kind and responds quickly to any requests. The flat is clean, comfortable, and filled with the fresh aroma of lemon flowers. A cute cat often visits the flat, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the scent of lemon blossoms and the lovely view was truly special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic experience.

The tranquility of the place, the magnificent view of the sea, the amazing sunset were just of the few things that made our stay excellent. You will read some comments about the location but do not pay attention. Lemon Flats are located in a quiet part of the city, just 10 min walk from the center. Take it slow and don't think that much about it. You are on holidays after all. We used the minibus service a few times and we walked most of the time. A super market is near by so make sure to get a bottle of wine and enjoy the calm setting Our host should give lessons to expensive hotel chains about hospitality. They treated us with respect and friendliness.

The only thing that I missed was to have some coffee to prepare ourselves, but again our host and his family prepared an amazing espresso for us

beautiful location. slightly out of town but up the hillside so great view of the bay of Naples and sunsets. The road to the villa is narrow but the shuttle bus ( and Nello) made this very entertaining and meant that Sorrento town and ferry/ rail links etc. were in easy reach even when it was hot. Salvatore and his family were very friendly and helpful. Sorrento is an excellent base to visit Capri, Positano, Pompeii and Herculaneum. The bus journey from Naples airport to Sorrento is spectacular not just "transport". Food and wine were excellent everywhere even the very touristy locations like capri.

There are a lot of amazing things about this property. The apartment itself was charming, with a lot of coastal and lemon themed decor that perfectly matched the vibe of Sorrento. It was also clean and comfortable with a large bed and a small bed, a sofa, two private balconies, a bathroom, and a full set of kitchen appliances. The location is also good, although it’s a bit high up the height offers gorgeous views of Sorrento and the free shuttle service to and from the property was fantastic. Speaking of service, that was our favorite part of the visit, our host Salvatore was wonderful, communicating constantly with us, offering restaurant suggestions, and helping us locate places like the port. He also personally drove us to and from the apartment at the beginning and end of our stay. There is also a free shuttle service that comes with this apartment, and it eliminates all problems of the location being higher up the mountain as you’re offered a free shuttle down to the supermarket, which is very close (5-10 min walking distance) to the busiest part of the town and the town square. The waiting time for the shuttle is usually 10 minutes or less, which was very convenient. Also, we walked down a few times and it was perfectly fine, so the location isn’t really any problem at all. Overall, Salvatore’s attitude and hosting, the facilities, and location made our stay remarkable.

This is very nitpicky as it’s not a large issue, we just hoped there would be a bottle of water or so on the property, since otherwise you would have to go down to the supermarket to buy some, which might be a bit inconvenient when you want to freshen up first. There was complimentary limoncello, though, and that was very nice. Even if the water was not free, I think having it there would still be a small change that could mean a lot for future guests.

The location is super nice! Lemons overall and a lovely view every day of the sunset!! The host Salvatore was so kind and helpful! His mom too and the drivers of the free shuttle! The shuttle came in handy , with the heat and the climbing up there ! Salvatore came and picked us up from the train station and then back after checking out. Also they have a cutie of a cat that me and my friends and other tenants named Charlie lol. If i come back to Sorrento will definitely stay here again

Every thing was fine , but the wifi connection wasn’t the best , on some days you didn’t have at all . Another small thing is to have a better kitchen knife 😂 and not only one for bread

The view is amazing. The cat that lives in the area is also amazing. His name is Charlie and would try to follow you and all 🥹 The driver was very nice also! He gave us little tips and was very kind. But the view is 💯. i would come here again!!

One thing a little uncomfortable is that you ‘can’ walk up to the hotel (20mins on foot) but the road is very narrow and dangerous and very high up so you have to use the shuttle bus. To use the shuttle bus you just need to text the owner 10 mins before you need to use it, and he always replied right away but it could be a little uncomfortable to keep texting and asking for things to him!

This is an amazing place to stay away from the centre but close enough to still reach. Salvatore was a great host and helped us navigate our car through the narrow streets to his family lemon grove where the apartments are located. On our last night we had an beautiful dinner cooked by Salvatore's mum with some amazing mussels, seafood pasta and fish. Absolutely delicious! There is a free shuttle that takes you from the apartment to close to the centre and Nello the driver was so attentive. Salvatore and his family were really lovely and treated us just like their own family. Would definitely stay here again!

The view, facility and hospitality are stunning. The property manager Salvatore is the 'God' of the service. He made our day from the moment when we met. Don't you ever worry about the location when you look at the map, the location is great, close enough to all you needs. The free shuttle service is wonderful option and convenient, the drivers are so responsible and will respect your schdule. They will be always there on time for you. Lastly, Salvatore said to me, he wish all guests in his property could start to feel - their pleasant journey will start from their experience with him. That's why they work hard at their best... So don't miss your chance to book this wonderful place.

The location can’t be beat. Overlooking the sea and into the entire Sorrento town you have the pleasure of spending sunsets and late afternoons basking on the porch. The host and family were wonderful and friendly always ready to recommend a good place to eat. The complimentary limoncello was amazing and the free shuttle - a highlight of its own. Fantastic service and turnaround for when you needed to head to town or back. Would recommend for sure. I cannot highlight enough how we enjoyed our short stay on site getting to know the family and Charlie (the cat)

Being a newer rental still under some development I would like to have seen more available plates, cutlery and sundries for the flat. Things were quite sparse if you wanted to cook a meal on site. For instance a few more pieces of cutlery, some basics such as paper towel or even a box of tissues. Also with the flat on the ground level, it had a bit of a problem with ants crawling through the main room, especially if you left out a bit of food or garbage. While not a dealbreaker it may be better to have traps put out in the future. I would still recommend this site though because of all the excellent views and service otherwise.

OH MY GOD!! WHERE DO I START HERE? First of all, let me say the location, place, and facilities were just perfect. The apartment had everything needed: a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. THE BEST Part was the host, I am traveling with my daughter so it felt extra special to have Salvatore offer to pick and drop us off from the station, along with iffering recommendations and being our back and call, he even offered to drive me to the station because my bus was before the Shuttle bus timing. Oh, did I mention the offer a FREE shuttle to take you and drop you off from their property. This is one of the best places I ever stayed at. I am planning to come again to explore Sorrento more and, without a doubt, will be staying there. I can't explain how safe it felt as a tourist that I can just reach out anytime if god forbid anything happens. The best part is that Salvatore wasn't making the extra effort because it's his job only, but because you could feel it coming from the heart. I felt it in every interaction with the entire family. Truly the highlight of my trip.
