Location brilliant. Near Train/Bernina station. Breakfast magnificent and lifts you up for the day. OLD refurbished building but clean and safety locks in place just to remind GUESTS to close door/gate properly behind them.

Old refurbished building, no lifts and we are not made aware. 3rd floor with luggages is a struggle And building is a good distance away from a different hotel where u need to check in and out. I was made to hope there is BALCONY in all rooms, ours have none, but attic windows. I Think it should be highlighted. TOO Much messaging that I will miss the important one.

The location was great, just next to the train station. Losah was very helpful with everything, we just stayed 1 night, arrived very early to catch Bernina Express but she explained all very clear, placed the keys as we agreed, we found everything because she sent us videos with location, showed us where to park. Excellent service!

Not 100% satisfied with BFST, we (4 persons) got just 3 very small buns, when I asked for more bread, the waiter seemed we are bothering him. After a while he brought again 3 buns only... we would appreciate if the bread could be on buffet. The same with coffee, we asked for Americano but that was the smallest Americano we have ever had and when we asked for another one the waiter never came back... we left the BFST after longer time of waiting. But the lady with long black hair who seated us was very kind. The location is nice

Great location 5 mins walk from the train station. Took a while to find it, small plaque on the wall with a side gate entrance. Google Maps has the correct location, just need to look very carefully. The rooms are above the restaurant with a small gate on the right hand side. Losah was great, very friendly and helpful and good communications. Small but adequate room with a shared balcony looking onto the square. Good air conditioning. Nicely decorated and a good shower/bathroom. Recommended to try the restaurant next door Merizzi which was very good for dinner and also where the breakfast is served. Stopped 1 night travelling on the Bernina Express from St Moritz to Lugano. Tirano is small and the square next to the station is the heart of the town. An afternoon and a morning was plenty of time to look around.

The room had 3 windows with views from each one. Very comfortable bed, Bathroom modern, good shower. Ideal location next to the station. Breakfast was n the restuarant belonging to the owner, amazing and beautifully presented.. we only wished we had more time to enjoy it but we're in a hurry for the train. Definitely recommend.

Even though it was so near the station it took a few minutes to find the owner in reception as it's another building just round the corner. Probably our fault not reading the instructions carefully enough. Alicia had been messaging us during the day to make contact.

we stayed for 1 night before taking a red Bernina train next morning. The location near the train station is very convinient. there are some restuarants in vicinity and a supermarket, so no problem to have a decent, not expencive dinner. The room was clean and had a balcony. The bed was comfortable enough

the transparent glass wall of the bathroom has a curtain and a note:"Don't touch, the curtain is automatic" only with a help of a staff 's nice yong lady, who happened to be in the building, we realised that the knob to moove down the curtain is somewhere on the buthroom's wall. The room is small; also you have to go for the check in-check out to a different location, about 100-200 m away. A breakfast was good, served in a restaurant in next building

The room as lovely, very well appointed. Breakfast in the near by restaurant was very good. The room was located right next to the station, which would have been great if the check-in procedure was clearer. We had a very nice taster menu at the same restaurant which I reccomend.

I knew from reading reviews that you needed to check-in at a sister hotel but had no information about it, even though I sent a message requesting more details. After walking up & down the street a couple of times & asking in 3 shops/ cafes we were finally directed to the hotel where we could check-in. We then had to walk almost back to the station where our room was. If this had been explained beforehand one of us could have stayed with the luggage whilst the other went to the hotel to check-in. We were not the only ones having the issue, as we came across a man we recognised from the train, walking up & down the same street, so we directed him to the hotel.

This is the second time I stayed at the B&B Tirano Rooms. The location is superb, right on the station area where you will get the Bernina trains. Staff is really welcoming and are always willing to make sure you have what you need. They have different properties in the area, so when you book, you don't really sure where you're staying at. This time, I got a message that my room would be at Terra Hotel (their brand new one), but during check-in we were informed that we would be staying in the other building of theirs, which I assume it's oldest one but still in the area. Overall, for a B&B they offer a fairly service that even count with breakfast include. I will keep considering them for my next opportunities in Tirano.

As I stated, probably I was in the oldest building of theirs, so there were minus issues found in the bathroom, like the sink and the shower's drain let lose not functioning properly in its places. The mattresses' foam were a little uncomfortable, but it's ok for a couple of nights.

Very close to the train station, perfect for travelers taking the Bernina Express. Facilities are very clean and comfortable. Street parking available nearby.

We were offered a 20% discount on selected dishes at the family restaurant where breakfast is served in case we wanted to have dinner there. When paying for the meal I remembered that and asked the waiter about it. He laughed at my face as if I was joking and kept saying “no discount, no discount”. Not that it would have made a big difference but the mixed messages were a bit confusing.

Nice clean hotel great host

Nice clean hotel but was a little disappointed we were not in the same building as our friends who we travelled with. They was in one block 3 floors up with no lift only stairs and had to carry case up the 3 flights we was on another block that one had a lift. We couldn’t get onto the wifi it wouldn’t accept the password, also the soap dispenser was empty so an eye to detail is required. Also the breakfast albeit very good so based up the street in a local restaurant

The property was close to the train station. We could easily walk to the property and It was easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was fabulous and stayed in touch as we informed her of delays. She made our late arrival check-in a simple one. Breakfast the next morning was an early one to accommodate our journey on Bernina Express. It was very pleasant and so delicious.

There are some stairs you need to climb to get to the first floor. Not difficult but after a long day of travel with bags and backpack you need to consider the stairs if you are uncomfortable with them. I am 72 yrs. old and I made it!
