This is a beautiful hotel, very attractive, modern and clean. The breakfast is a good deal for 10 Euros per person. You can walk to the train station/bus terminal, and Bernina railway station, restaurants, the main Basilica, laundromat, and shopping.

If you are coming from another major city on the train to Tirano, make sure you know how you are getting all the way to Tirano. They are working on the rail lines as of July 2025 and you must ride a bus from the train station at Lecco. It is worth it! Tirano is beautiful!

The room was comfortable and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was well presented and a good variety. The member of staff who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful, offering us a drink of water and information about the local area, restaurants etc.

The room felt quite small and dark and one of the lights didn't work in the bathroom, so that was gloomy too. Other than that a very welcoming place to spend our one night.

The Hotel, Bedroom , Location and Staff were great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would book again. The Hotel was very clean , modern and stylish.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. Would be better to increase cost of breakfast (was €5) and provide better quality food and choices. My room was accessed by going across an open walkway which had an external door to where my room was located - what I didn't like was the external door was not on a soft closed hinge so it made a loud bang noise every time someone opened it - soft close hinge needs to be fitted so the door doesn't bang.

The hotel was located walking distance from the train station which was very helpful for us. The receptionist who greeted us was very nice and the hotel decor was also nice. The breakfast was somewhat limited, but what we had was good.

When we reserved the room on line, we were given a choice of one or two beds. We choose the two bed room arrangement, but when we arrived, it was only one bed. We were told that in lieu of the two beds, we were given a room with a jacuzzi bathtub. We did not want or use the jacuzzi bathtub and would have much preferred having the seperate beds.

Located in a quite and very nice part of the town, around 10 minutes walk to the railway station. Interiors are cozy, rooms are well equipped, very generous dental and shaving kits were provided on request. Reception friendliness and hospitality is above and beyond, was a pleasure to chat! Breakfast has a very good value for money.

The shower in my room was dripping a little bit. Originally I thought it's just temporary after using it but it continued through the night. Given that I stayed for one night only and it was quite late I didn't bother myself asking for room change or anything. It didn't interrupt my sleep with closed doors to the bathroom though. Room audibility is not perfect, but luckily it was quite in the corridor during night hours.

We had two rooms. Room 25 near the elevator had a thin uncomfortable mattress. Maybe buy some new mattresses that are more comfortable for guests. Also the barking dogs right next door to the hotel. They are obviously house dogs but during the day and early evening they were in the courtyard and very noisy and irritating. Immediately down from our rooms.

The breakfast had a lot of variety. I stayed for 5 days and did not get bored. I had a room on the third (top) floor. It had great views of the mountains and church steeples over the rooftops. The vaulted ceiling was an extra bonus.

During my stay, the AC was inoperable. The hotel provided a fan which I used each evening. It was hot those day, around 30 C, but with the fan and the open windows, it was comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. We had to leave early to catch the Bernina Express at 8.06am, and the staff opened the restaurant at 6.45am instead of 7am to accommodate us. The shower was very powerful and water really hot. The location was fairly good, only 10 minutes walk to the Bernina Express station.

The hotel os located in the centre of the town close to all amenities. It is very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming. For those who don’t speak Italian they speak very good English. The breakfast was wonderful.

I liked everything . Parking is a bit difficult but there are spaces that you need to pay for.

Pillows were super hard..always a sore neck..shower is very very tin and had to walk quite a ways with luggage..hard to locatey.
